Room too hot
room lovely but small. Staff very helpful. Not suitable for children me thinks . Breakfast served till 11am which was nice .
Cleaning too anxious to get into room to clean. Repetitive knocking was annoying:(
Bed, shower, mini bar, view
Staff/service attitude, no help unlike where stayed previously. For a hotel that is use to dealing with tourists found communication very poor and website that intrigued us in first place seemed to glorify hotel when for money really wasn't that great compared to other hotels I've stayed at only the location that gives this hotel a good rating. Wouldn't stay again.
Very clean, excellent location! Lovely staff!
Friendly staff, perfect location.
Room a little small
The location is so good it makes you laugh every time you walk out of the hotel and see the Eiffel tower. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean 'Premium' rooms.
Location was great but, it's the location you're paying for not the quality of the hotel.
Way over priced however good location room was dark an dingy and too hot windows cannot be opened. The photos make it look a lot better then it is. Was aware before I booked te car park was extra however it's still shocking to pay €28 a day after paying £160 a night. Would probably stay further out next time for a better quality of hotel.
Ideal location for exploring Paris, very close to the Eifel Tower
Location was good.
The rooms are like match box size, so small even bathroom are made with wooden partition as very small size. No arrangement for ironing. I booked airport drop off from reception and at my flight time. when I come to reception at my flight time i was informed that taxi cannot come you may take your deposit money back which was very frustrating. I had to walk and search for taxi at 3:00 am with my wife and 2 years child in cold weather which was hilarious. I will strongly recommend my fellows, friends and family members not to stay in any branch of this hotel anywhere in the world.
The room size is very small
Breakfast Air conditioning either too hot or too cold Management too distant
I liked the stuff. They were very helpful; they provided good service.
I didnt like the room, it was very small. The toilet looked like it wasnt too clean. the batroom was quite old. I've been to 3* star hotels where the bathroom and toilet have been muh bigger and much more newer.
Quality and variety of food in restaurant (breakfast and evening meals) Location (amazingly close to Eiffel Tower, also Metro station and Batobus (river cruise) stop) Friendly and helpful staff Family friendly hotel Comfort and cleanliness of room
We booked a privilege room but couldn't get a view of the Eiffel tower before we went but on arrival we were told one of these rooms were free and we were asked if we wanted to upgrade for 20 euros per night. In my opinion it was well worth it, The Tower is lit up at night and on the hour from six in the evening onwards the lights twinkle and flash for about ten minutes. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and there is a taxi rank outside the hotel. There are three large lifts and they always seemed empty! The bar is big and is open til one. It has comfortable seating and is on the first floor. We had maid service every day and the shower was good and powerful. Unusually the toilet is separate but we liked this. I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
The only bit of a downside were the rooms were small, but I think you should expect this in a location like this.
Location ; very safe ; nice restaurants and all the attractions near by..
1) 30 Euros booking Charge for a Cab to Airport is bit too much ; for the Airport we paid total 165( 135 for Cab and 30 for the Hotel) .. I think this is a Rip off ... 2) We are 2 adults and 2 kids. One kid is 8 years and another one is 4 (Nearly). we had a buy another room ( which we did not use at all). Don't see any value for the money ... even though I was a member for Accor Hotels group. still no good ...
Location and personnel.
Too small room and wc. Uncomfortable beds. Just 3 fench tv channels available even tv is fixed by technition 3 times. Complicated and different elevator system.
Proximity to Tour Effiel and RER station
being told to go down the road to find a taxi
The hotel is situated in an excellent location. Literally 5 min walk from the Eiffel Tower and 10 min walk from the Trocadero. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are friendly. For those who have the extra money, I would recommend a room with the Eiffel Tower view, absolutely stunning!
The price of the breakfast was rather steep, you can get a nice authentic Parisian breakfast cheaper at smaller cafes round the corner.
Room small but very well arranged. No complain.
Hotel staff were friendly on arrival location was good got a good nights sleep and would stay there again couldn't fault it!
Easy to get to and in easy walking distance of several sight s
Staff are helpful when it comes to tourists informations.
Some of the staff could hardly speak English.
This Hotel is a great wonderful to be... very nice Reception staffs who speak good English and very receptive to all customers. The housekeeping staffs are very helpful and honest. The location is great....you wil be greeted every morning with the sight of the beautiful Eiffel Tower. I had a great stay at the Mecure Hotel Eiffel Tower. Thumbs up for everything. Merci!
Very appealing to the eye, stylish hotel
My view wasn't as great as it was made out to be
Liked the friendly staff. The rooms were very comfortable with extras like the mini bar and coffee machine and music pod.
Free car park would have been nice. Some signs near Champs Elysee with directions to hotel. Was a little difficult to find
