Clean, quiet, excellent location, our room was very convenient for disabled/elderly guests. 1. The front-desk staff is amateurish and acts as though guests are a nuisance. 2. Though our reservation started on 31/8, my credit card was charged already on 29/8, without my permission or previous notice! I dislike very much using my cc abroad (the rest of my bill was paid in cash) and can see no valid reason for this unilateral & unwarranted act which should be used, as stated, only as a guarantee that we will arrive on the first night. |

The location of the hotel is perfect and the view from our room was just amazing. I found it a little too pricey especially the €20 charge for parking every night was a bit cheeky!! |

L'hôtel est très bien situé sur le quai d'honneur de La Grande Motte avec une vue remarquable sur la marina. La chambre était vraiment bien, grande et très propre, bien décorée et agencée, le lit très confortable, la salle de bains et les WC séparés parfaits, le tout récemment refait apparemment. Nous avons profité de la piscine. Le rapport qualité-prix m'a paru intéressant. |
