Nice location with a subway directly outside the door of the hotel, and some restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was safe, clean and friendly. Paris hotels can be tricky, but Mercure does not dissappoint in whichever city you find one. |

The hotel is right next to a metro station and a tram station, so travel was fast, cheap and easy. The room was very large for Europe, the bathroom was a good size. It was very clean, they made our beds, replaced our towels and cleaned our room every day. Most staff speak English and other languages. They had a luggage check and were fast to call us a taxis whenever we needed There wasn't a ton of lighting in the room, so it was dim in the evenings. The hotel staff lock the door at night and sometimes don't hear you buzzing to get in. We waited outside once. There wasn't a ton of places to eat lunch around...most placed in the area are only open for dinner or drinks at lunch. |

Le petit déjeuner, la chambre trés vaste. Le rapport qualité/prix/ emplacement. A l'arrivée, pas de chauffage dans la chambre. Mais immédiatement dépanné avec un chauffage d'appoint. Le lendemain, c'était réparé. Donc rien à redire. |

식당의 안내하는 흑인들이 친절했습니다. check out 할때 desk information 에 있는 직원이 아침 식사 금액을 호텔 비용에 포함하였으나 포함되어 있지 않다면서 128유로가 넘는 금액을 추가 부담해야한다고 하며 카드를 빼앗다 시피하면서 나의 카드를 가지고 가서 마음대로 결재하고 마음대로 서명을 하는 비인간적인 행위를 하기에 예약시 포함을 시켰다고 설명을 하였으나 막무간에 큰소리를 치면서 포함이 되어 있지 않다고 하며 화를 냈습니다. 결국 같이 동행한 동료를 전화로 불렀습니다. 그리고 기디라고 있으니 갑자기 말을 바꾸면서 사과도 하지 않고 잘못 알았다라고만 하면서 76 유로를 환불해 줬습니다. 도무지 이해가 가지 않는 처신을했습니다. 동양인을 바가지 쉬울려고 하는 것인지 우습게 보는지 모를 행위 였습니다. 이를 시정할 것인지 지켜 보겠습니다. 아직도 그 감정이 가라앉지 않고 있습니다. |

hotel bien situé par rapport au palais des expos, chambre correct sans plus mais propre, petit déjeuné correct mais cher nous n'avons pas du tout eu la chambre supérieur qui est mise sur votre site et dont les numéros sont affichés à la réception .... est-ce bien normal ??? |

Etablissement choisi pour sa proximité au Parc des Expositions de Paris et pour cela situation idéale car juste en face ! Personnel limite aimable, la chambre mériterait un coup de fraicheur, literie fatiguée. Cet établissement m'a un peu déçu en comparaison d'autres de la chaine Mercure à prix équivalent |
