Very nice hotel, it is just next to the metro station. Very convenient to transfer other lines to all the places we want to go.

Most front desk staffs were very friendly, but two afican women weren'T. We arrived the hotel around 13:00, they asked us to wait for the room, because the room was not cleaned, our plan was to visit the Louvre in the afternoon, we told them just we need washing our face and changing clothing, because we had a night on the train,really looked dirty...those two ladies said "no" with frozen face, asked to wait or leave our luaggaes at hotle. Without apologizing for their work caused us uncomfortable. The first impression of this hotel was bad.

Mercure hotel is great with the great parking facilities and very nice and bright & clean rooms. This hotel has won my competition of the electrical sockets availability - if in other hotels you often struggle to find more than 1 to switch your devices on here their number was meeting the needs of the whole family. The metro/underground is literally in front of its door, which makes it extremely convenient to travel to Paris & back as the hotel is not centrally located. The area around is full with the bars, small restaurants & some shops. So in the evening there is quite a big choice where to go.

The rooms are a bit small for the family with 2 kids. They are relatively ok for the overnight stay, but even for the tea it was pretty packed if the sofa stayed unfolded. As said the hotel is not in the centre - so you would need around 20 minutes by metro or even more to get to some places of interest. Just do not fully understand where the 4 stars are coming from - the hotel is really good, but comparing to other 4 star hotels it lacks some facilities that you would expect in that case as a fitness or a pool, etc.

It was a good central location righ oppostie the tram.

We asked for single beds as we have 2 teenager's boy and girl and it was inappropriate for them to share but we got a double. When we asked for connecting rooms they said they couldn't offer this at the price we had paid even though we hadn't got the room we requested. The bathroom door kept jamming and eventually we were moved to the connected suite next door which was somewhat more suitable but still didn't have a twin bed as needed.

A great hotel!!!! Staff was really friendly and helpful, the room looked exactly like the pictures, everything was very clean, no noises from the street could be heard. The metro station and the trolley station were within 30 m from the hotel. I have absolutely no complaints and will surely return to this hotel. Easy to reach from rue periferique, parking garage 20€ per night.

Quite far from the paris central, the reception took so long to confirm the reservation, I booked the hotel via booking and the reception said we don't have room but it has been sorted after some time. There's no breakfast, it's just very small tabels like 3 or 4 and just pastries and coffe for £8 | person. They charge £25 | day for parking the car. They never lend you a tea spone or knife ( you have to order any food to your room)

It's very closed to metro station ( only one minute ) . It's very clean. Breakfast is realy very good. Internet is available:) all the time

The room was too hot and we couldnt leave the window open because it was too noisy outside with mopeds etc. I went down to reception at 11pm at night to ask for extra milk for the tea making facilities in the room. There was only one small plastic pot of milk each. The coloured man on reception looked at his wath and replied that it is closed and couldnt get any more till 6 am the next morning. I found this very hard to believe as it is supposed to be 24 hr reception service.

Pulizia della camera, wifi gratuito in camera, bagno pulito e box doccia molto ampio e comodo, analcolici frigobar e capsule Nespresso gratuiti, buon isolamento acustico della stanza (noi eravamo al sesto piano), letto molto comodo, gentilezza, professionalità e disponibilità dei receptionist (in particolare di Valeria con la quale parlavamo in italiano e che ha soddisfatto alcune nostre piccole richieste). L'hotel è in periferia ma in posizione strategica: proprio di fronte c'è la fermata dei bus, dei tram e del metro!

All' arrivo (intorno alle 15) la camera non era pronta e abbiamo dovuto aspettare una mezz'ora abbondante in hall nonostante la prenotazione fatta 2 mesi prima. Saliti finalmente in camera ci accorgiamo che nel bagno l'addetta alle pulizie aveva dimenticato di mettere gli asciugamani, il sapone, lo shampoo e il bagnoschiuma e aveva anche dimenticato di rifornire la macchinetta del caffè Nespresso di capsule. Il secondo giorno poi mentre ero in doccia un addetto ha aperto la porta della camera col suo passpartout!!! Non vi dico l'imbarazzo! Fortuna che ho fatto in tempo ad uscire dalla doccia e a chiudere con forza la porta d'ingresso! Davvero incredibile! Il wifi non ha funzionato per tutto l'ultimo giorno a causa di un malfunzionamento. Mancanza del bidet in bagno e camera non grandissima ma a Parigi è lo standard. Colazione carissima a 19€ a persona a notte: meglio andare in una boulangerie e provare il "pain au chocolat".
