This pleasant hotel helped make our stay at Rennes very happy. Breakfasts were excellent. Recommend.

i loved the fact that our breakfast was free because we are seniors what a great surprise!!!breakfast aside it was a great place to stay rennes is a beautiful city elegant sophisticated good shopping architecture culture in fact it has everything including easy access to mont st michel

The staff was friendly and we felt welcome and had great advise for visiting Renne. The hotel was conveniently located.

The lobby bathrooms need your attention.An odor coming from sewer need to be corrected.

Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely view to the gardens below. Bathroom was a good standard and shower worked well. Staff were very helpful and always polite. Large private garage was very convenient. Overall a very good stay. We would recommend

The breakfast was rather expensive, but there was a good choice on offer to begin with. However on the third morning the choice was much less and coffee was luke warm. Towels in the bathroom need to be bigger. Paper cups

Great hotel for the money. Well located and with all the amenities.

The location is very central and the breakfast was good.

For a four star hotel, the room is wuite small. I had to check-out early in the morning (30 min before breakfast was served) and I asked if I can serve a small breakfast before leaving because I was preparing for a day-long journey. They were not flexible and, although I have payed in advance for my breakfast, they could not offer me a solution to have a (light) breakfast 30 min in advance the schedule.

I chose it for its great location: Right in the middle of the city and not far from the train station.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and gave good recommendations which contributed to our pleasurable stay. Excellent location - 10 minutes walk from train station and 5 minutes from lovely old town. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

The location was very good. The reception staff were excellent, being welcoming and informative, providing maps and directions to the excellent food and flower market.

Lovely hotel, great location, just 50 meters from a selection of great bars and restaurants. Room was very nice and value for money was very good.

Unfortunately our stay was uncomfortable as the air conditioning wasn't working, we had a poor nights sleep being so hot, according to the receptionist the weather was unexpected and they still had the heating on! The outside temperature was over 20 and the room felt like 30, shame as it was quite a nice hotel. We didin't stay for breakfast as it was expensive and we needed some cool air!

Very disappointed with the hotel. The airconditioning was not switched on despite it being very warm. There were no fans available and the staff's inly suggestion was that we open the window. This we did but were subjected to the noise of the local drunks, lunatics and vagrants; traffic noise and the noise and smell of the smokers who seem to congregate below our window throughout the night. The hotel would not give us a refund despite us not being to sleep.Our complaint was met with a Gallic shrug. Bad service from an established and normally well run company.
