Normal, wie ein großes Hotel. Ja, es gibt keine Person, die deutsch spricht. Andere und auch kleinere Hotels setzen zur "Messezeit" Shuttle-Busse gegen Bezahlung ein. Stornierungen des Zimmers nur gegen Bezahlung der gesamten Preisesmöglich, was bedeutet, dass Stornierungen nicht möglich sind. |

Schoen grosses Zimmer, guter, bewachter Parkplatz Internet Preise mit 4.50 Euro die Stunde viel zu hoch... Bestenfalls waere das ein Tages tarif.... Bei mc Donalds kostet das nix.... Und da lasse ich nur das Geld fuer eine kleine Mahlzeit, oder einen Kaffee... |

Städtereisende oder Transitreisende kommen oft spät nach Hause. Da wäre es gut, wenn es zumindestens an der Bar Getränke bis 1 Uhr oder 2 Uhr gäbe. |

Breakfast was superior Shuttle service was not so reliable, timetables were no accuracy, signs at the airport were only in french ( if you are arriving termina 1, you have to go to roissy pole to get a transport). |

The facilities are close to the airport with free airport transport. Also, the restaurant serves good French food a la carte and I like French food.. Choise is much better than open buffets which I hate. The hotel is located near an area where one can walk and enjoy fresh air, not airport/plane air. There is a park close by the hotel in a small town.which is very nice to explore. |

The restaurant was very well staffed and very pleasant at dinner time. The menu could have had simpler menu for those traveling and not looking for a real heavy meal. Higher priced than expected. found the breakfast a bit pricey for a buffet where we had to cut our own bread. Thought the coffee should have been served for the price / |

Nice room. Decent restaurant. Rather far on the bus from the terminals at the airport. To get to Terminal 1, you need to take the airport shuttle to the tgv Train Station and then take the cdgval train to Terminal 1. The hotel shuttle stops everywhere but Terminal 1. |

King Size bed was very comfortable, great handy location to CDG Air-port, nice location in the village, walk to restaurants & shops. The air-port shuttle which was supposedly to run every half hour was never on time & information confusing from staff & driver. On return to CDG we were dropped off at Terminal 3 & told to get the shuttle train from there to Terminal 1 |

We stayed at an airport hotel because we had an early flight the next morning. Shuttle service was on strike and had to take cabs back and forth to the airport which made it very expensive.Breakfast should have been included in the rate. |

Nice design; we were allowed to check in early; cheap price. We wanted some plastic glasses, but the folks at the front desk could not provide us any. We had to wait till the cleaning staff came around the next morning. |
