Convenient and staff were helpful.

A mistake was made in giving us the incorrect room which had not been made up from the previous visitors. However when the staff were notified of this error they were quick to rectify.

Did not like the fact that there was no heating in my room even after someone came to sort out problem. Did'nt like the fact that navette does'nt go stright to terminal.

The hotel is perfectly situated for CDG. A short walk takes you to the village of Roissy with some restaurants and pleasant gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Not a lot though it would be good if the airport shuttle served all the terminals. I would reccomend getting a taxi if leaving for example from T.1.

Restaurant server in the evening was helpful and considerate. Mini- fridge was convenient. Shuttle service was quite convenient, though a bit hectic/busy since it is shared with 3 other hotels.

Although it must have been a bad time (with many paying customers and equipment problems in the kitchen), the restaurant host was much less willing and happy to help in reheating food (no microwave in rooms).

Staff were lovely and hotel was comfortable

Our air con didnt work and it was far too hot in the rooms! The children were asleep and we didnt want them moved so we put up with it but hardly slept - not the hotels fault as they didnt know but otherwise a great hotel

We arrived fairly late and just wanted a quick meal and drink before bed. Unfortunately the cafe-bar was v.understaffed, and whilst the 1 barstaff worked efficiently and politely, he was unable to keep up with demand and I noticed several people leave without buying

Location - staff remarkably polite and friendly for a Paris-based hotel - spacious rooms. Free WIFI in the rooms.

Hallways are dirty most of the time. 18 Euro for a breakfast buffet is a little bit over the top... the buffet is ok but certainly does not justify this price.

The TV did not function. The shower screen was build at the other end of the bath tub, ending the shower with an innondated bathroom floor. Overall the room was quite dated.

The shuttle to the airport has specific hours of operations, so if you have a early flight just like I had, you have to take a taxi. Hairdryer is the same as nothing, too old.

Location is perfect for acess to Charles de Gaulle. Also it is easy to visit Roissy-en-France. A charming village well suited to a quiet stroll and dinner or drinks. Beautiful park and church. The hotel has an excellent, helpful staff with a very good restaurant. This was our third stay.

Good staff, nice clean and spacious room

I booked online and paid via my credit card as per usual, however when I checked out I had to pay as apparently the first payment went through. I assumed it had so would have preferred to have been notified of this fact so I wasn't caught off guard when I checked out.

We had planned to have a night cap at the bar after an evening of sight-seeing in Paris bur the bar at the hotel closed before it's posted closing time.

I had an overnight stay and didn't want to go all the way into Paris, so I opted to stay near the aiport. The room was great, bed was super comfortable and I liked the coffee machine and tea maker in the room. I have stayed there twice and love walking into the town of Roissy. It is very quaint, I bought some great pastries and walked around in the morning, thus avoiding the expensive hotel breakfast. The dinner, however, is worth the expense. I have eaten there twice on two separate trips and both dinners were excellent. I have many overnight layovers in Paris and the Mercure will be my primary choice. The quality level for the price is excellent. I sometimes drag all the way into Paris on my overnight layovers but twice now have opted to stay in the hotel and the meals have been excellent. Paris is lovely but when you're in transit and tired, I recommend staying at the Mercure and getting a good dinner and a good night's sleep.

The shuttle is hard to find. They don't give you enough information so I will. You need to go to the main train station, which they do tell you. But from there you also need to know to take the elevator of escalator up to level 5. There are many shuttles for various hotels. Once at level 5, you traverse the street and wait on the far side. The shuttles all indicate which hotel they go to. So, just look for the one for the Mercure and you'll be all set.

Suited business purposes. Offered free wifi. Large well equiped room and bathroom. Breakfast offer was good.

Courtesy bus only runs every 40 minutes between 11am and 6pm. Some of the reception staff had an attitude problem.

The reception staff weren't that helpful compared to other hotels. They didn't go out of there way to help us get around and tell us about the services available for example they did not inform us about the free shuttle to the airport but instead let us catch a taxi. They didn't offer a taxi we had to ask.

The reception was fine from my arrival at the airport terminal.

Nothing to particularly mention for one night only.
