The restaurant was very well staffed and very pleasant at dinner time. The menu could have had simpler menu for those traveling and not looking for a real heavy meal. Higher priced than expected. found the breakfast a bit pricey for a buffet where we had to cut our own bread. Thought the coffee should have been served for the price / |

Nice room. Decent restaurant. Rather far on the bus from the terminals at the airport. To get to Terminal 1, you need to take the airport shuttle to the tgv Train Station and then take the cdgval train to Terminal 1. The hotel shuttle stops everywhere but Terminal 1. |

King Size bed was very comfortable, great handy location to CDG Air-port, nice location in the village, walk to restaurants & shops. The air-port shuttle which was supposedly to run every half hour was never on time & information confusing from staff & driver. On return to CDG we were dropped off at Terminal 3 & told to get the shuttle train from there to Terminal 1 |

We stayed at an airport hotel because we had an early flight the next morning. Shuttle service was on strike and had to take cabs back and forth to the airport which made it very expensive.Breakfast should have been included in the rate. |

Nice design; we were allowed to check in early; cheap price. We wanted some plastic glasses, but the folks at the front desk could not provide us any. We had to wait till the cleaning staff came around the next morning. |

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Very convenient for airport without aircraft noise. Boarded shuttle to airport only to find en-route that it did not go to YTerminal 1. Advise check with recection before committing. |

The standard of hotel reception on arrival and departure was exceptional . The standard of food service both on Sunday evening / Monday morning was poor, insufficient personnel on duty and no management supervision viewed at both meal periods. Not all revenue was collected at the breakfast meal due to confusion of roles and no controls. Certainly in my experience it is not the Accor standard to serve foodstuffs in broken / chipped containers. Food quality was good. |

Generally comfortable and efficiently run. The free shuttle bus is a plus, because other hotels in the area charge for this service. Breakfast was too expensive. The shower is badly designed: in my room there is no shower curtain or equivalent between the shower head and the sink, which means that the sink area gets wet during showering. |

We stayed 2 nights in August before our return to the us. This hotel was very quet, relaxing and close to the airport, after an exhausting 12 days in London and Paris. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable for 2 people. It seemed the hotel was relatively empty during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It would have been helpful to have a gift shop where we could purchase snacks and/or sundries. Stores and other hotels were close by, however. Although we didn't use it, we had a connecting room door and it was easy to hear the occupant of that room. |

The staff was courteous and the hotel was tranquil. The ambience was good and it was an hassle-free environment. Looking at the facilities available, the tariff was on a higher side. There were no special facilities. With 100 euros per night, at least breakfast could have been included. |

The shuttle service was prompt and convenient. We had an excellent meal in the hotel restaurant. The location is good with a nice park and other restaurants in walking distance. The furniture in the bar area is in need of updating as it was showing signs of wear. |
