The hotel was fresh and very clean. The bed was the most comfortable one we had on our five week trip to Europe. The white bedding was very inviting. First time we have seen the energy saving lighting system we thought it was excellent. |

This hotel is a great place to stay if you are needing an overnight very close to the airport. And the hotel offers shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Our room was spacious, comfortable and ultra clean. There is a bar, cafe and restaurant on site, as well as a terrace located off the lounge. I would definitely choose this hotel again prior to a departure from Paris. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to tour Paris, as it is located too far out of the city. |

The rooms were clean and spacious The breakfast price was rediculous and a pint of beer cost 9 euros! Staff thought that we had not paid for our rooms when we had paid for 5 days and tried to charge us the full ammount again.There were no activity areas. Eg pool/ snooker table, table tennis. |

The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff were able to converse in English which is always a bonus. The restaurant food was very good for evening meals. The price for everything is very high. The breakfast was 19 euro's per morning with nothing more than alpen, fruit and a selection of hot food with comprised of very odd sausages and cheap bacon accompained by cold scrambled eggs. The beer and alcohol in general was excessively high in it's price, 9 euros for a pint of regular lager! |

Hotel is convenient to the airport. Hotel is pleasant enough but devoid of touristic interest. When we went to CDG in the morning the shuttle driver did not know where the United terminal was and just left us at Terminal 2. We spent a half hour finding terminal 1. He could have consulted a map. Also, the hotel was expensive for the quality. |

Very helpful staff, nice restaurant, free shuttle every 15 mnts to Terminal, all in all very efficient First Floor rooms quite noisy, if not needed ensure to avoid they place you in communicating rooms |

It was very close to the airport. I needed to get to Terminal 1/3 at CDG and the shuttle dropped me right off at the terminal no problem. Staff was nice, helped me navigate to the hotel. Ate off the hotel menu, excellent salad! There were planes flying overhead. |

The hotel is comfortable and smart - perfectly good for a overnight stop at CDG with regular shuttle bus connections. Large bar and restaurant area. Everything is very expensive - not just the room rate but the extras - drinks , food etc and I could have took the receptionists to the cinema for the same price as the 'in room' movies. |

I traveled with 12 and we all felt that if we needed anything the Mercure staff was there to help us. The rooms and meals where all desirable. The staff was so friendly that I will be back for sure. Thank you for your professionalism. |

The hotel is pretty, amenities were great, shuttle to and from airport was timely and free. Food in the Cafe was excellent. We had to stay an extra night due to cancellation of our flight and the hotel accommodated us, but did not honor the same room rate on the second night. This would have been a nice gesture. Limitation of English by the hotel desk staff was the only thing we had difficulty with. |
