Free transport to/from the airport is much worse than I imagined!!! Yuo were supposed to wait for the bus only 20min, but in reality... I waited for it more than 1 hour. It happened twice to me. If you want to stay there, take a bus which goes to Holiday Inn as it is in front of Mercure. Their bus runs frequently. Due to the experience that I had to wait fro the bus for 1 hour at the bus stop, I can tell you which hotel could send their bus to the aiport very often!

I expect at a 4 star hotel's bar if I ask for a beer the barman to not send me to take the glasses from the table to bring to the bar because he doesn't have any more clean glasses. The price-quality is poor even comparing with other Mercure hotels. It is quite big difference between this hotel and Mercure hotel from Nice(France), Nurenberg (Germany) and other Mercure hotels.

Took almost an hour to get the shuttle bus at 5 pm from the airport ... needs to be more frequent service at that time of day.

Waiting 1 hour at CDG airport to get the coach to the hotel whilst in the mean time all other hotel coaches had passed 3 times!!!!!!!!!

Comfort and quiet

You should advertise on your web site how to obtain a shuttle from the airport to your hotel. I did not see anything at the airport as to signage so directions on how to find the shuttle area for pick up at the airport would be a big improvement

Nothing except airport location

The ease of the check-in, check out, a quiet hotel which lets you "live in" without a lot of fuss. Staff is just as friendly as would be required, to the point. Nothing over the top, neither, that is, you need something you ask them, else they let you manage.

The services of the airport is welcome but not always on time. For a Mercure, a wallness (spa, steam room) kind of amenities would be expected. Rooms are a little over-priced, as breakfast needs to be opted for separately.

The location most of all - village life in Roissy, free shuttle to cdg airport and rer to central Paris. We went to visit Paris - but did not want to stay in Paris. So we had the best of both worlds- French village life with parks and walking paths and good local restaurants - plus easy access to Paris (used the 7 day RER/Metro pass). As well as being convenient to cdg airport - both arriving and departing. Hotel service was excellent. The breakfast buffet ditto. Free local newspapers and magazines (French, Spanish). My wife and I loved every minute - and will return.

The hotel was very nice, however we had to wait for the shuttle near an hour and it was very cold mean while. The restaurant was excellent!

A digital scale near the check-in desk allowed us to verify the weight of our luggage, moving items from one bag to another to meet the airline's requirements.

It's very clean, not too pricey, near the airport.

The only problem I had was finding the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It took more that 1 hour of waiting for the shuttle and to get to the hotel.

Big room and comfortable bed. The hotel staff was very helpful and professional. We liked our dishes in the restaurant in the evening.

We heard the door from every room which was slammed when closing even though the room was well insulated.

We needed an overnight stay between airline flights. This hotel was close to the airport with a free shuttle. It was very convenient and very comfortable.
