Good size room for the price and nice bathroom. Close to the airport with a regular free shuttle to and from the airport. Free WiFi. Quite a nice bar in the lobby.
-Comfortable bed -Spacious Room -Good restaurant -Free WiFi -Convenient access to Paris Charles De Gaulle
-Perhaps a little pricey for an airport hotel -No self service/expedient laundry service
Near the Airport.
One night passed at this hotel. Good place, quiet room, clean. Professionnal staff, respectful. We took diner at hotel restaurant. Quality was Ok, but prices VERY EXPENSIVE for simple brasserie diner. Hotel is good, staff professional and careful (Except cases mentionned in -) but prices are unbeliably EXPENSIVE for level and quality of service!!!!
We took diner at hotel restaurant. Quality was Ok, but prices very expensive for simple brasserie diner. Awaiting time at restaurant was unbelievable, knowing that we came at 9pm. We had to wait 40mn+30mn to receive plates+ 15mn awaiting for simple coffee...Most biggrst part of restaurant was closed ....for a saturday night, it is surprising when we consider it as 4* ....3h for simple expensice diner (Not acceptable)! Breakfast correct but bery expensive for the service.... We came at 5.30am, time of bkfst opening as we had plane to take 6.40am.....Waiter saw us, required us to wait some seconds, without saying "Good morning" even we said to her.... Seconds take 5mn. Then I decide to take table and manage. She never came to us to ask if we need something....Is it normal for 4* hotel? I don't think so, especially for a standard breakfast billed 17,90 euros/head....
Dinner in restaurant surprisingly good for an airport hotel.
Long wait for shuttle bus; slow, meandering journey to hotel. In this respect not much different from other hotels at Roissy.
too cold inside
Friendly staff. Rooms very nice. Transportation efficient and free
A very friendly, clean place to stay. Glad for the free shuttle to and from the airport/train station. Helpful was the already made shuttle hours list.
Room was charged days before arriving on card. Having trouble with getting our food ticket corrected after their error with a not too friendly manager.
Ease of check-in and comfort of rooms. Shuttle bus service to CDG2.
The food was very poor. Reheated tagliatelle, instead of fresh. The restaurant was closed down on a Friday evening, so no fresh cooked food. So it made for expensive bar food.
Staff friendly + helpful
Not VFM due to exhibition nearby
everything about it was excellent
being taken advantage of just because there was an exhibition on next door prices went from 160euro sunday 180 mon night 260euro Tuesday 280 Wednesday surely that must be not allowed
Good location, close to the village. Breakfast was good and for us included. Fine for a one night stay pre early airport departure but wouldn't stay there longer.
Small rooms. Bathroom could do with a makeover
Location Staff Restaurant
Puff coverlets - too hot Air conditioning - turned off; thought we were adjusting the A/C and found we were adjusting the heat - up! TV had no signal
it is an older mercury hotel, but has everything it needs, still comfortable
lack of curtain or glass between shower and bathroom results in the bathroom being practically flooded
Clean, basic hotel. Fine for overnight. The front desk staff were courteous and efficient.
The restaurant food and service were the worst we had in France. Raw burger (even after we sent it back), high prices, and indifferent service. The shuttle was free, but it was packed. Way too many people to accomodate the crowd. A nightmare. We ended up taking a taxi. The shuttle driver the next morning was a bit rude and the bus was jammed. We suffered through it and got to the airport fine.
The town that is a short walk away was an experience in itself. It was a nice quiet place to walk around and enjoy the history.
I thought they had their own shuttle but it is a bus from the airport, so it's not as comfortable as a van. And it did stop far from the terminal I had to go.
I did like everything exept the pillows.
The pillows were very uncomfortable, hard and difficult to use.
A bit far from CDG and busses not available from all terminals
cleanliness, attentive staff, good alround service
not enough choice for a beer connosseur
Comfortable rooms with pleasant views.Bar area was attractive with helpful, pleasant staff.
On arrival we were kept waiting at Reception for over half an hour through lack of staff. When finally attended to the receptionist did not apologise for the delay and was bordering on rude. This was not a good beginning. However the rest of the staff were pleasant and courteous.
bigger dining room
It's easy and quick to get to the Mecure from the airport and the motel is a short walking distance from the centre of town. Order soup de jour which came with extras and was very tasty.
It's a little shabby around the edges and asked twice for decaf coffee that never arrived.
