Excellent location, really nice feel to the hotel, and really helpful and friendly staff. Suprised there were no tea/coffee facilities, but it was no great drama. |

Excellent staff and accomodations. The parking is very difficult. The hotel shoulkd have Valet for a hotel of this magnnitude. As an American, i am not used to very small spaces. The entry to the garage was difficult to navigate. I scraped the rental car leaving the hotel. |

The hotel is right in the city centre, so it is very convienent for walking around the cathedral and shopping. Assess to carpark is very difficult and the carpark entrance and pathway is too narrow for standard car to pass through. |

Excellent location and good service It was difficult to find the hotel by car as it was not very well signed and the traffic system in the city centre is a little complicated. |

The hotel was in the centre of Rouen but its location in a side street meant that it was quiet. The hotel staff were efficient, friendly and spoke good english. The restaurant 'Dafour' is on the same street and is well worth a visit; the food and service was excellent. |

Located right next door to the cathedral, as advertised, good central location for sightseeing, and lots of local brasseries/cafes for food etc Finding the hotel by car, and getting parking, was a nightmare. We were using the latest GPS navigation system, but hotel staff later informed us that the city had recently changed many of the streets to no right/left/entry status. |

Reception staff very helpful & English-speaking. Fresh, bright, modern hotel, based in central Rouen, opposite the Cathedral. Breakfast offered good buffet choice- hot & cold.Lovely toiletries in bathroom! Would readily use Mercure again if this is the standard. Glass-panelled bathroom door banged into wall on opening. International newspapers- but not English.Very minor points, but you did ask... |

Great central location, you can walk everywhere within 5 minutes, friendly staff, one recepionist in particular was very helpful in providing info on sights, etc., good breakfast, very nice local restaurant right opposite hotel. Parking was available at the hotel, however spaces were limited. Overall a positive stay. Price/quality ratio could be better, Internet acess was not free, even at the terminal in the lobby, in this day and age that's a big minus. |

We liked the front desk service during our visit. There was one female who spoke good English and provided good services such as giving us good directions and helped us call the next hotel to cancel our reservation. The biggest complaint we had was that we didn't get any transportation warning or help when we arrived on Christmas day. We were freezing cold waiting outside of the train station first and then another 2 hours waiting for a taxi at a 2-star hotel located across the street of the train station. We ended up walking with our luggages toward our hotel at 1:00 am. |

Centrally located on a pedestrianised street which leads to the magnificent Notre Dame Cathedral, the Hotel Dandy features charming and well-equipped rooms decorated in the style of King Louis XV. |
Located a 10-minute walk from the city centre and 5 minutes from the train station, this 19th-century mansion is a charming hotel offering large rooms individually decorated in Norman style. |
Nestled in a meander of the River Seine, this hotel is well located in the heart of Rouen, in northwestern France. |
Ideally set in the heart of Rouen historic centre, in a pedestrian street full of half-timbered houses, the hotel boasts a splendid timber-frame façade dating back to the 17th century. |
