I found the receptionists very helpful and got a good recommendation for a restaurant. The room was very easy to be in, just the right size. I found the shower impractical to use. |

We loved this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful. We needed to make some changes to our travel plans around Normandy and they patiently, helped us.Ludivine, at the front desk was wonderful! She did everything she could to help us out. We were so impressed with the Mercure Rouen Centre Cathedral that we added another night there at the end of our trip. The location is excellent for exploring the Old Town. The car park seemed very secure and worth the cost. The rooms were very comfortable and the quietest of any hotel we have ever stayed in! |

The hotel is very well situated. The beds are comfortable and it is very clean. The staff is efficient and cheerful and you feel welcome. I thought the smocker room I had was not the nicest one I had in your hotel (little sad). |

Beds very comfortable, personal safe easy to use, good soundproofing and good choices for breakfast. Lighting in room rather too low. A woman wearing glasses would find the mirror difficult for applying make-up - can't get close enough if short-sighted. |

the location is good, very close to the famous cathedral, the staff was friendly enough, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was good enough for a 3 star hotel in france! because the hotel is in the pedestrian area of the city center, it is quite hard to get to it by car; the parking spaces of the hotel garage are small and thus, parking tends to be a real adventure...a real nightmare actually... |

The location of hotel is the best thing about it. This is a good base for exploring the city of Rouen The attic room we where given was very small and dusty. It seemed like it had not been used for some time. The bar prices where also very expensive. |

Size of room. View from window. The mini bar stank and there was an odd smell of tobacco smoke in the morning that we think must have come through the air conditioning. |

Incredibly helpful staff; very comfortable room; slightly circuitous route to car park and very narrow entry but not as bad as some have reported as long as you take a little time and care (we were in an Audi A6 Allroad with top-box) and go left where it says!! Superbly located to enjoy the centre of Rouen. |

The secure parking gives peace of mind whilst the friendly, helpful staff make the whole experience very easy. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the available facilities good. Having to pay extra for wifi connection seems a bit much these days. A single coffee each in the room and one tea and mint tea between us seems a bit mean but the complimentary cold drinks were a welcome and generous touch. Whilst we did not book for the 'cathedral view' it was advertised and although we could, just, see the cathedral from our room it was hardly a 'view'. |

Breakfast is very expensive, but, as France appears to be "closed" on a Sunday there was no where else for breakfast! Even though there were adverts for a 7 Euro breakfast it was 14 Euro per person for little more than tea and toast! Impossible to find - remember your sat nav does not know about one way streets or no entry signs...eventually parked in the Palais parking 5 mins walk which was safe, clean and did not appear as tight a squeeze as the hotel carpark. |

It was quite difficult to find the location of hotel, in particular, by car, because streets are narrow and a lot of one-way exist arround the hotel. It should be shown in the map of the hotel how we can get it by car. |

We were early to check in and they let us park the car in their private car park that had a 2nd level for bigger cars. Then they gave us tea/coffee in the comfortable lobby gratuit while we waited for a room to be free. Comfortable bed, good selection of dif languages on TV, aire conditioning! Staff spoke english and it is very centrally located to cathedral and shopping streets. Note for access: we followed the tourist sign for the hotel once we left the ring road as our GPS wanted us to go up one ways! their signage led right to the entrance to the carpark - but the staff must open the door so one can jump out and walk up the street to ask for this to be done. |

Excellent staff and accomodations. The parking is very difficult. The hotel shoulkd have Valet for a hotel of this magnnitude. As an American, i am not used to very small spaces. The entry to the garage was difficult to navigate. I scraped the rental car leaving the hotel. |

The hotel is right in the city centre, so it is very convienent for walking around the cathedral and shopping. Assess to carpark is very difficult and the carpark entrance and pathway is too narrow for standard car to pass through. |

Excellent location and good service It was difficult to find the hotel by car as it was not very well signed and the traffic system in the city centre is a little complicated. |
