Finding the car park Access into car park very narrow & underground car park very sharp bends & small places

Central location - proximity to old town - cathedral etc. secure parking - excellent if slightly pricey breakfast ( we had other meals elsewhere). Room was well appointed well up to what we expected for the price.

Although a non smoking room on a non smoking floor the room smelt slightly of smoke .

Very clean and comfortable, the best hotel out of the five we stayed in during our trip around Europe. Lovely big room, excellent bathroom with lovely big bath, plenty of hot water and lovely fluffy towels. The reception staff found us a kettle when we asked for one so we could make tea.

The central location

Poor access to hotel for car- no directions provided-Noise outside of hotel at night- Large groups of youths screaming (not just talking) could be heard over tv - went on from midnight to 3 am- other than central location this hotel has little to recommend it

My bathroom (103) needs some maintenance as the paint on the walls falls off and the material between the floor tiles was losening.

Very helpful, friendly staff, very clean and shiny hotel, nothing tired, nice rooms and good breakfast. Underground parking tight in long car, but brilliant in a very busy city.

Rouen is a hard city to navigate by car the first time, hotel has underground parking but hard to find. We parked in city and found it on foot, map from reception through limited access streets was essential. Don't be put off, its worth the effort.

Good position in the centre of Rouen

Impossible to drive to due to the one way street systems etc. No map provided. A Holiday Inn standard charging Hyatt prices. A hotel better suited to the side of an autoroute not a city centre. Expensive and poor quality.

Location is perfect, right in the city centre.

The restaurant did not work on Sunday evening, we had to look for the restaurants near the hotel.

Our room would have benefitted from a stronger light & full length mirror. The coffee machine in the room was over complicated to use - a kettle would have been a far better option!

Location was excellent to the Cathedral and the shopping precinct. Very efficient front desk. And overall attentitive staff. Certainly would recommend hotel, plenty of room in rooms and very clean.

Parking access next to hotel but tight in terms of ramps and park spaces. Just take your time going down.

The staff were bi-lingual and extremely helpful

No matter how the temperature was set it was constantly 22C and made sleeping very difficult as did the very uncomfortable bed
