Modern room, with modern decore. Comfortable room. Price! Very expensive, especially the breakfast. Information said there was a breakfast menu, there wasn'T. It was one price for cooked meal or one roll, very expensive! Double room had one chair.

The reception clerks were very cordial, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, colorful and spacious. The access to guest parking on site was a big plus. The parking fee was reasonable.

Excellent breakfast, particularly as it was free as part of a weekend deal. The Mercure provided a good setup to do some work and see the city of Strasbourg. Close the the centre of the old part of town. Can't praise the staff too much, they were extremely friendly and helpful.

In the city center, the room and bathroom were nice colourfull A non smoking room it was supposed to be - smelling in and out smoke, also the cushions from the bed were smelling internsively smoke for a non smoker,very bad

Handy central location and within easy reach of the cathedral and Petty France area. Although it was advertised as having a car park, what it didn't say was that it only holds 20 cars! Ours wasn't one of them, so after travelling rather a long distance, we had the stress of unloading in a very narrow busy road, finding one of two 24 hour car parks (charges incurred) and parking the car a good 5 minutes walk away. Naturally we forgot things. In the evening there was an extremely loud wedding party in the hotel next door so it was impossible to sleep until it had finished. We'd booked a double room but got two single beds pushed together with two single duvets on top!! We asked for a double duvet but were told that all the rooms were like that, which I found hard to believe. Not a great start to our wedding anniversary tour of Europe!

The hotel position is very close to the train statin and easy walk to the key attractions of the beautiful town. We were very comfortable in a lovely room that had been recently refurbished. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful

Well situated - just a short walk to the inner city. Well equipped hotel room. Shower over bath which could be a problem for elderly people as the bath was very high.

The convenience of the hotel to the city centre - contrary to other reviews I had read regarding drivers finding the hotel difficult to find, we found that if we consulted a town plan and made our way from the railway station, it was not a problem. The underground garage was very convenient, and once again, contrary to previous reviews, it was not small - nor were the spaces, and we have a large car. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would certainly stay there again.

The location was perfect, near big shopping center, post and some shops. The hotel located in quiet street so was very silent around and nobody disturb. The stuff was very friendly and provide all information what i asked. Moreover, the air-condition used to work perfect, room was fashionable, clean and nice. The price was also very good. Breakfast could be beter.

The location is very good, in the center of the city, staff is OK, the room and bathroom well equiped. The parking is too expensive and we booked a room with a extra bed for our child, but the hotel have just 3 rooms with 3 beds, so they provide a 2 bed room, contact the hotel before to make sure you have a extra bed
