Hotel was really close to the centre, on a quiet road, so we could sleep really well and walk easily to the beautiful centre. Rooms and the breakfast room would need a renovation, really old fashioned. |

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights on june 2009. The room was nice and clean.It looks the same as you can see it on the pictures. Hotel staff was helpful and nice. I booked this hotel from booking.com. I paid 345 euro for 3 nights in superior double room with breakfast.When I arrived at the hotel they said that there are only standart rooms at this hotel. I really want to understand why booking .com sell superior rooms if there are no superior rooms at this hotel? Woman from the reception said that this probably is a mistake in booking.com. |

We found the hotel very convenient and comfortable. It is right in the center of Strasbourg, a minute walk from trams, Place Kleber, and few minutes to the cathedral. Shopping is also very accessible. |

Very nice hotel, a little overpriced. Very convenient location in the city. Nice room. Extra services (Internet connection, parking) rather expensive. The 2 elevators are extremely noisy, we were on the sixth floor in a room not immediately close to the elevators and I could hear a very annoying sound that made my sleep very uncomfortable. This was the only problem with the hotel, however it is a serious one. A hotel of this class should definitely solve it. |

The room was close to the lift which made it quite noisy. Room service relatively poor and overpriced. Otherwise staff are very helpful, room clean and very comfortable. I would recommend the hotel though i would request a room further from the lifts |

Nous avons apprécié le confort, le calme, le petit déjeuner sympathique et le parking (compte tenu du temps neigeux, de la période de noël sans compter notre problème de pare brise cassé). Le fait d'être au centre de la ville avait son avantage mais aussi son inconvénient voir après Nous n'avons pas apprécier sa signalisation. Il faudrait au moins préciser sur internet le lieu permettant de trouver avec le GPS Broglie par exemple, la nuit c'est ingérable avec la neige en plus. |
