The room was clean, the breakfast was not so bad, I think 160euros for Noel Season was reasonable! The view of cathedoral was not available from the room I stayed. |

Hotel was really close to the centre, on a quiet road, so we could sleep really well and walk easily to the beautiful centre. Rooms and the breakfast room would need a renovation, really old fashioned. |

Hotel is situated in a perfect place for shopping! We chose this hotel again because it has just a great room for breakfast, on top of the roofs. Rooms are quite simple. |

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights on june 2009. The room was nice and clean.It looks the same as you can see it on the pictures. Hotel staff was helpful and nice. I booked this hotel from booking.com. I paid 345 euro for 3 nights in superior double room with breakfast.When I arrived at the hotel they said that there are only standart rooms at this hotel. I really want to understand why booking .com sell superior rooms if there are no superior rooms at this hotel? Woman from the reception said that this probably is a mistake in booking.com. |

We found the hotel very convenient and comfortable. It is right in the center of Strasbourg, a minute walk from trams, Place Kleber, and few minutes to the cathedral. Shopping is also very accessible. |

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was close to major shopping and attrctions. Breakfast included was excellent. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. Price versus value was good. Hotel was clean and quiet. |

Very nice hotel, a little overpriced. Very convenient location in the city. Nice room. Extra services (Internet connection, parking) rather expensive. The 2 elevators are extremely noisy, we were on the sixth floor in a room not immediately close to the elevators and I could hear a very annoying sound that made my sleep very uncomfortable. This was the only problem with the hotel, however it is a serious one. A hotel of this class should definitely solve it. |

The room was close to the lift which made it quite noisy. Room service relatively poor and overpriced. Otherwise staff are very helpful, room clean and very comfortable. I would recommend the hotel though i would request a room further from the lifts |

la literie ( un lit double énorme ) , la taille de la chambre, les chaines d'habitude payantes, ici gratuites peut etre la déco assez froide et on a eu un probleme avec une fuite dans la salle de bain ( l'eau s'est introduite jusque dans la chambre) , on nous a proposé toute de suite de changer de chambre |

Les chambres sont beaucoup trop bryuantes pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. On entend discuter les autres clients dans leur chambre, sans parler du bruit dans le couloir, même avec la seconde porte fermée. |
