the proximity of pool, lovely setting for breakfast and the private beach Actually we would have dined possibly more frequently in the restaurant but unfortunately the menu was in french and there was nobody on hand to expalin in english.The bar never open when we came in from dining out, no atmostphere, there was nothing to make people sit round and have a drink in the evening |

Private beach access/beech chair option. Relaxed hotel atmosphere. Staff helpful. Excellent breakfast. A small point- if dinner menu was in english as well it would have helped. |

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen bij de jachthaven van Port Fréjus en via de bewegwijzering gemakkelijk te bereiken. Men kan er zowel van het privé zwembad als van het strand genieten. De autostandplaatsen in het sous-terrain zijn wat krap bemeten. |

l' hotel est tres confortable,les chambres sont spacieuses et la vue coté mer est magnifique.Pour moi le plus est l'acces direct a la plage ainsi que la proximite des commerces. |

Hotellet hadde en fin beliggenhet. Vi fikk et stor og fint rom med havneutsikt. Vil nok anbefale andre å velge rom med utsikt til sjøen. Hotellet hadde egen strand, og "havrommene" var nok litt mer stille om morgenen. Hyggelig personale, og god frokost. |

De ligging vind ik zeer goed. De prijs is correct indien alle beloofde diensten zijn geleverd. Geen badjassen en slippers aanwezig. Ontbijt en bijgeleverde koffie is gewoon te banaal voor deze categorie van hotel |

manque de personnel,attente de 1h30 pour diner le samedi soir,le dimanche matin il a fallu débarrasser une table nous meme pour pourvoir déjeuner il y avait une seule personne pour s'occuper des clients,pas de lumière dans les toilettes nous l'avons signale mais personne n'a résolu notre probleme,je trouve ca inadmissible pour un hotel comme le votre,je vais le signaler au siége |

Durant la durée de mon séjour, j'ai cherché un défaut. Je ne l'ai pas trouvé. Qu'il s'agisse du personnel ou de l'infrastructure, rien à dire. Je ne souhaite qu'une chose, y retourner. |

La vue sur le Port; le hall, le petit déjeuner Personnel d'accueil pour la thalassothérapie incompétent, méprise totale du client (attente alors que j' étais seul devant l'accueil, réponse sur un ton insolent, pas de bonjour, pas de "au revoir"), acceptable pour un Formule1, inadmissible pour un Mercure. |
