Fantastic and really helpful check in staff. very slick check in and they even upgraded us to a sea view room.

went to use the pool before breakfast but it did not open until 9 am. Had breakfast and went back to pool at 9.30 am to find that a water gym class was taking place so could not have a swim until much later!

Toilet room had a bad odor

It was at least the 10 or 11th time we stayed in this hotel and as usual we had a very good time, are very well treated. The staff is helpfull and polite, rooms are OK, breakfast is more then complete, surroundings are excellent.

The bathroom and toilet are due to be renovated. Restaurantprices are too high and the changed interior of the restaurant does not invite you to make any reservation.

Seaside and the vieuw The cleaning lady of the hotel room was good and polite.

Staff was really unfriendly and impolite. When you enter the breakfast room 20 min before closing the staff give you a unfriendly look. And you are lucky if they didnt already put the breakfast away. The man behind the reception was not helpful if you had any question at all, even wen you (as a guest) give some solutions. If you want to go for a relax weekend or week don't go.

The chef at the restaurant is a genius.

The position of the Hotel is perfect next to the beach, plenty of restaurants and easy walk to the town. The port is really nice to walk around look at the boats and stop and have a drink. The Room is adequate we had a sea view but could do with a little updating. Breakfast was good a little chaotic at weekends when a lot of people arrive. The pool area was nice and very well kept. Our room on the 4th floor was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise.

I was disappointed that the Thalassa Spa did not encourage English people. We wanted to use it and have some treatments but were told on our first day that the brochure was only in French and no they could not explain which treatments were on offer to us. We also had a difficult last day. We had booked with the hotel to stay one more night and they had not checked that and at mid-day we were told to vacate our room. When we showed them confirmation of the extra day they told us we had to move rooms. They had someone else booked into ours. This really spoilt our last day as we had booked restaurants etc. So we packed and left which left us feeling really disappointed with the reception desk. We felt that they could have been more helpful. What a shame after a nice holiday. Customer service, I don't think so.

Very slow service at dinner - food and staff were great, but there just were not enough staff to cope with the number of people dining.

Very nice hotel, English speaking and friendly personnel, nice pool and directly located on the beach. The rooms are not the largest ones, but very good. The shower is great, as if you are in a tropical waterfall. Just take a room looking out on the ocean or the port, you won't regret it. Floor 4 or 5 preferably. I payed 136 euro's per night (including breakfast) which makes it a good price, the rates of 225 euro per night, makes it a bit expensive.

Cleaning ladies where very fast (09.30) and no bath in the room, but that is something I like. Pool is large enough, but often not enough space to chill in the beds. Not enough beds and the space for them is narrow. Mini bar seemed nice, but did not work after two days. Although the breakfast was very good (also personell), sometimes very crowded so get up early.

The hotel was nice and clean with good facilities and breakfast was included. The room was modern and comfortable with a lovely balcony with sea view. The location is great and right next to the marina and there is access to the beach from the hotel, nice sandy beach but very crowded and not very big.

There were no English channels on the TV apart from BBC world news

Staf lovely and helpful. Hotel first class. Right beside harbour & beach. Breakfast excellent (best hotel weve stayed in. Rooms very clean and kept updated. Loved it and would definitely stay there again x

No complaints totally loved it!

Clean comfortable room overlooking Marina. Location is superb for those wanting to walk the marina and shops. Easy walking for five miles along coast promanade. Be sure to put port Mejus in your gps rather than Mejus otherwise you will be in the old town miles from the sea.

Le petit déjeuner est très bien. La rénovation de tout le rez-de- chaussée au niveau de la réception et du bar.

A notre arrivée, l'hôtel n'avait pas reçu notre confirmation de la part de Booking. Les oreillers sont trop mous. La moquette dans les couloirs aux étages est à changée. La personne qui se trouve à l'accueil du centre de soins de la thalasso est incapable de vous conseiller sur les soins.

Chambre cotée rue très bruillante Petite déjeuner en salle juste au dessus de la moyenne en terme de choix mais pas plus. La piscine interieur qui n'est plus accesible à partir de 18h sans que cela soit annoncé sur le site. Un service de restauration trop juste pour un hotel de cette prestation, une carte sans trop de choix.

Peut etre proche de la ferlmeture annuelle (à compter du 06.01.2013) lhotel semblait désorganise !! petit dej peu fourni, peu varié, personnel débordé. L hotel a besoi d'in coup de "jeune".
