Great location close to all sights of interest. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean. Great to have tea and coffee making facilties. Perhaps a little expensive for what it had to offer, but this may reflect city prices. Hotel very nice nevertheless. Would recommend, but not cheap!

While there, we needed help with 3 matters which we were unable to mnage on our own. The staff at reception assisted us amazingly well, and were so nice about it, that we felt very supported, and grateful. The rooms ( we were there with family) were excellent, and the hotel was very well located.

Albergo centrale, nuovo e funzionale. Però il personale è troppo burocratico: anche con il pagamento in contanti vuole gli estremi della carta di credito... Colazione e parcheggio sono troppo cari: 18 euro.

Personal atento y muy agradable. Habitación espaciosa, camas cómodas y decoración actual. No añadieron a la factura la cama supletoria donde durmió nuestro hijo. El desayuno muy variado y de buena calidad. En general muy recomendable.

La ubicación del hotel es estupenda, muy céntrica, a dos pasos del Capitolio y en una zona buena de la ciudad , de buen nivel. Éramos una familia con dos niñas pequeñas y nos alojaron en una habitación que en realidad era un pequeño apartamento con cocina equipada , baño y dos estancias amplias , limpias y luminosas. Estuvimos cuatro noches, tiempo suficiente para ver Toulouse , una ciudad preciosa y que recomiendo vivamente a quien no la conozca. El hotel no tiene parking pero está concertado con el que se encuentra prácticamente debajo del mismo y con acceso directo y por 51 € pudimos estacionar allí durante los cuatro días. Los recepcionistas hablan en su mayoría castellano lo que facilita las cosas enormemente. El desayuno era muy caro y de hecho cuando pasábamos por el comedor estaba siempre vacío. Junto al hotel hay multitud de cafeterías donde es posible desayunar más barato – por supuesto aún así más caro que en España -. En conclusión, muy recomendable desde mi punto de vista.

La localisation de cet hôtel est parfaite pour qui veut être au calme dans le centre de Toulouse, la propreté de la chambre est impeccable Dans ma chambre sur laquelle tout était parfait, je dois préciser que la cuvette des WC était située trop près du mur derrière la porte de la salle d'eau (peu confortable)

la situation ,Le hall d'accueil, la salle à manger ,la gentillesse du personnel les couloirs qui ont besoin d'un serieux coup de peinture ,les moquettes du meme couloir tachees et usees,les portes des chambres qui devraient elles aussi etre repeintes!

Sa situation en centre ville, je n'ai pas aimé la télécommande qui ne fonctionne pas ou très mal, au petit déjeuné a 8h avec un vas et vient de personnels pour dresser des tables pour le dîné, réservation de deux nuits une effectué obligation de régler les deux ? pas réellement commerciale !

“Excellent location with restaurants, cafes, shops etc on your doorstep. We had a courtyard room which was very quiet even on Friday and Saturday nights. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with any problem. We requested more milk to make tea and coffe and a jug of milk was brought up at once, which we then kept in the little minibar provided. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the buffet breakfast has a good choice - freshly squeezed orange juice, cereals, boiled or scrambled eggs plus all the usual bread, cakes, cold meats and cheeses etc..Very pleasant bathroom with large bathtub and overhead shower - usual toileteries of soap, shampoo and shower gel.” Veronica, Taunton |
