While there, we needed help with 3 matters which we were unable to mnage on our own. The staff at reception assisted us amazingly well, and were so nice about it, that we felt very supported, and grateful. The rooms ( we were there with family) were excellent, and the hotel was very well located.

Nos ha gustado mucho el hotel. Está muy bien situado, muy céntrico a pocos metros de la Place du Capitole. La habitación era amplia, las camas cómodas y el desayuno excelente.

Sa situation géographique. L'accueil du personnel. Conciergé de baggages. Chambre dite familiale avec un canapé de 120cm pour les enfants, annoncé comme 140cm. Manque de place dans la chambre pour une occupation de 4 personnes (plus d'accès à la fenêtre, on ne peut pas ouvrir le mini bar une fois le canapé déplié). Personnel insuffisant le dimanche : plus de 10 min d'attente pour le check out.

hotel vraiment bien situer tout est accessible a pied sans etre loin mais cependant l'hotel en lui meme n'est pas eceptionnel pour son prix. exemple le papier toilette le moins cher du marché (papier a poncer c pareille) quelque cheveux trouver dans la salle de bain et oci les 38euro de parking et les 6 euro en supp oci pour la taxe sejour dommage que l'hotel ne fasse pa un geste sur sa!

Sa situation en centre ville, je n'ai pas aimé la télécommande qui ne fonctionne pas ou très mal, au petit déjeuné a 8h avec un vas et vient de personnels pour dresser des tables pour le dîné, réservation de deux nuits une effectué obligation de régler les deux ? pas réellement commerciale !

“Excellent location with restaurants, cafes, shops etc on your doorstep. We had a courtyard room which was very quiet even on Friday and Saturday nights. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with any problem. We requested more milk to make tea and coffe and a jug of milk was brought up at once, which we then kept in the little minibar provided. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the buffet breakfast has a good choice - freshly squeezed orange juice, cereals, boiled or scrambled eggs plus all the usual bread, cakes, cold meats and cheeses etc..Very pleasant bathroom with large bathtub and overhead shower - usual toileteries of soap, shampoo and shower gel.” Veronica, Taunton |
