J'ai aimé l'accueil à l'arrivé.Le sourire des personnels à l'étage.La presence des personnesà l'accueil,leur disponibilité.Le petit dejeuner offert (pris ds la chambre)le lendemain.Je connais vos etablissements depuis longtemps.J'y reviens régulièrement (Paris/St-Malo,ailleurs..) |

Me ha gustado mucho la limpieza de dicho hotel ya que estaba todo super bien limpio y todo muy al detalle. El personal de recepcion no me ha parecido demasiado amable. |

Es un hotel muy céntrico, límpio y nuevo. El personal es amable. Tienen periodicos gratuitos del día. Las condiciones de reserva del hotel te permitían la cancelación hasta 3 días antes (en lugar de las 24 horas), por lo que ante un imprevisto de última hora hubiésemos tenido que pagar por la primera noche. |
