The hotel was very noisy. My room in the first floor was particularly noisy starting at 5.30am. Noise coming from hotel personnel preparing breakfast and noisy pipes...

Nice breakfast with even organic food choice. Very Nice location with closed parking. We were back at the hotel to eat in the room which disturb he clean ladies to do their job because we even didn't have the towel changed

You can expect everything by the name of Mercure. There is another Mercure near this hotel. Be careful. But, I guess both are fine.

The hotel is well designed. The decor is pleasant and the whole ambiance is relaxing. Every part of the hotel is spotlessly clean and fresh. The breakfast was excellent and the two female dining room attendants were very pleasant. The reception staff were efficient and helpful without any obvious sign of warmth towards the guests.

The central position of the hotel was perfect for sight seeing. Very close to lots of restaurants, bars, squares, good quality shops. Underground car park offered good security - access okay for the average sized car.

The hotel was wonderfully located right in the heart of Toulouse. It was expensive and breakfast was too expensive. We saw other hotels eg the Royal which was just beside the mercure wilson but seemed much less expensive. If I was returning I would choose there.

The staff at the reception was very kind. It has the possibility to have a "breakfast express" if you don´t want to have a whole buffet one. It is very well situated to visit the city .

Excellent location with restaurants, cafes, shops etc on your doorstep. We had a courtyard room which was very quiet even on Friday and Saturday nights. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with any problem. We requested more milk to make tea and coffe and a jug of milk was brought up at once, which we then kept in the little minibar provided. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the buffet breakfast has a good choice - freshly squeezed orange juice, cereals, boiled or scrambled eggs plus all the usual bread, cakes, cold meats and cheeses etc..Very pleasant bathroom with large bathtub and overhead shower - usual toileteries of soap, shampoo and shower gel. Could have done with more english channels on tv but as we were out most of the time it wasn't really a problem. Had to open the window a lot as room always semmed to be hot (even though heating switched off) but once again not really a problem. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location is excellent for wandering around Toulouse. Excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The general cleanliness was excellent as was the room...if a bit on the small side. The room was at the back and was very quiet. Inclusive breakfasts were excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful. We have visited Toulouse many times in the past in various 2 and 3 star hotels and I would rate Mercure Wison as easily the best. The room was a bit small but not too bad for a short stay. We understood that there would be a small safe in the room which in our room was not provided. It seems that some rooms have this and some do not. You need to tell the hotel in advance if you want this facility. We were able to use the safe at reception. It was surprising that a hotel of this quality did not have a room safe as standard.

Perfect location in the cebter of city. Good and clean room. Garage is provided by very reasonable price. (12 EUR). No bad point at all - the hotel provide good value for it's cost.

Tres bien situé, chambre calme sur l arriere,personnel compétent,petit déjeuner très agréable et copieux;une très bonne adresse en soi. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.

Es la segunda vez que nos alejamos en este hotel. Nos gusta mas la ubicación. Está muy céntrico y con facil acceso a museos, tiendas y restaurantes. Además, hay un aparcamiento en el hotel muy seguro. Lo único es que la cama no era muy confortable y no dormimos bien. Como habíamos pagado extra por una habitación superior, nos dejó desilusionados. El año pasado en una visita previa no tuvimos este problema.

Все четко организовано, персонал хорошо говорит по английский, никаких проблем с размещение и проживанием. Паркин просто ужасно узкий. Если судить по отметкам на стенах, то .. проблемы юыли у многих. Полноразмерные машины еле вписываются только на первый этаж, малолитражки могут еле-еле пролезть ниже. Итог - лучше парковаться рядом на платных паркингах - чуть дороже, но меньше нервов.

Hotel muy céntrico.Dispone de parking no excesivamene caro aunque de acceso un poco dificultoso. Zona de restaurantes y ocio en los alrrededores. Entrada y salida al hotel con vehiculo nada dificil Debe modernizar las instalaciones. El baño y el WC separados en la misma habitacion y con poca/nula ventilación. El desayuno pobre por el precio 15€ por persona.
