Clean, easy & great location
A bar or restaurant for evening snack would be good
Nice decoration, clean, kind personnel, nice breakfast, next the metro station Voltaire.
Quite clean and comfortable, close to the subway station. The neighborhood is nice and looks relatively safe. Ten minutes walking from Bastille.
Passages and stairs are a little dark (and look somewhat dusty).
Very comfortable and clean. Very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Near to the metro. Perfect for a long weekend.
Would have been nice to have a small cafe/bar for residents. Rooms are quite small (but very comfortable though).
The staff were wonderful - friendly, polite, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Room was clean, roomy for Paris, and quiet. Safe location, friendly neighbourhood.
I usually stay on the 7th when I visit Paris but decided I wanted something different this time and was not disappointed with the 11th. Easy acess to the Metro & great food options (especially on the Rue de Roquette). If you like walking, easy to get to Marais, Ile de la Cite, and Notre Dame. The staff was extremely helpful and accessible. The room was quiet for such a busy area and bed was quite comfortable. Would highly recommend.
The swinging doors to get in the bathroom were a bit cumbersome and noisy.
Nothing at all
Staff were nice and professional. Location a few steps from the metro and ten minutes on foot from place Bastille, with many restaurants, cafés and stores nearby. Dogs accepted (although for a supplement). Free wifi.
Expensive breakfast (we took ours elsewhere). Not a real 4 star hotel, which should be in a superior class while this is a basic hotel. But such is apparently the French classification.
- ı did a taxi reservation for the day after in the morning at 7:30. In the morning no taxi arrived up to 7:50 and actually I had to ask the reception to recall the taxi otherwise I would have wait for even more time - In the room there was no water they said it was for free and the guy at the reception in the night wanted me to pay the bottle he gave to me on my request. normally not waiting such missing point from an hotel at this level!!
Suited our purpose.
Breakfast was too expensive! Forced all 4 of us to go out and about in search of something cheaper. NB: all surrounding establishments were cheaper; ranged from 6-10 euros.
Very comfortable, right next to a Metro, view of Eiffel Tower from balcony, good breakfast, free drinks in room (privelege room) , pleasant staff (all spoke English well)
Room service (food and laundry) very expensive.
Staff were very friendly and spoke enough English.
Air con didn't work. No vent in the bathroom so had to leave the door open when taking a shower.
The hotel is walking distance from the opera Bastille, great for a short stay for an opera performance
Excellent location. Staff efficient and pleasant. Twin room well appointed and unusually large bathroom with great shower (perhaps room for disabled guest?). We did not take breakfast, so cannot comment on food.
