The service at reception was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good

Parking garage is only for very small cars.

It has no restaurant but there are many good ones in the area.

Reserved parking is very tight - breakfast only adequate - skeleton staff - no bar. Standard of Mercure Hotels is variable (we have stayed in a few) - this one is just OK.

The Location was excellent in the city center and very close to the train station Versailles Rive Gauche. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

Very nice big rooms (14 m2), own underground parking (paid).

The mirror in the room was dirty and we had to wipe it by ourselves as nobody reacted to our pleas to clean it. However, it was a very minor issue.

The hotel is in the city centre. There are many cafés, restaurants and shops close by. It takes 5' on foot to go to the Château. The 2 train stations/RER are at 10' on foot. The room was large, confortable. The breakfast was good, but maybe a bit expensive (you may prefer going to a café or a boulangerie near by). Internet worked well.

Usely I pay attention regarding safe deposit, but this time I forgot: there was none in the room. The breakfast: beside the price and although there was a large choice regarding yogurts, pain au chocolat etc..there were almost no fesh fruits, and no veg salty option (sausages + cold cut were available).

It was perfect for what we were looking for, we are a young couple and had a fantastic weekend, the link to Paris in Versailles was ideal and the location of the hotel was good. The room was of a decent size and was absolutely spotless. All the staff were great aswell. A fantastic weekend!

staff were very friendly and efficient . Receptionist came outside to reassure me that I was parked legally outside the hotel. Room and bed very comfortable.

Very good location near Versailles Chateau and well-rated restaurants. During Sundays, free parking on the main avenue near the hotel.

Difficult to find as streets were one way.

Good location. Nice friendly staff.

Parking could be difficult if you can not park under/next to hotel. But we managed to find a car spot close by but we had to pay meter. Fortunate, I think Sundays, are free

Great location, staff were very helpful and friendly, good quality breakfast, good value for money.

Room was on the small side, but had all the facilities required for a city break, and was still good value for the price of the room which including breakfast.

Parking. Had to register in a public parking garage some 3 blocks away and haul our luggage back to the hotel.

Stayed in room 4 and 5, if its raning your going to get wet its at the back of the hotel and an add on, very quiet great rooms if a little small. Staff great, not a bad location. For OU, stay in Paris and get the train in.

Driving through Paris, nightmare. No night life.

Rooms rather small.

The location was superb.

They did not honour the car parking space that I had booked several months ago. They did not book a taxi when requested and lied about there being only 1 taxi company in the whole of Versailles (really!?!) and they don't work on Sundays. We obviously looked very stupid to them and they did not even have the courtesy to be embarrased when taxis arrived to drop people off just a few hours later. The room smelt a little damp - it was off a ground floor courtyard that was old and depressing. The room was tiny.

This hotel was very near to Versailles Chateau and numerous restaurants. The room was extremely clean and nice bathroom (Italian shower), airconditioned and quiet situation. Breakfast was varied and staff pleasant. Numerous magazines for clients to take away as desired.

Rooms were basic, but adequate for our needs. Breakfast was good in terms of quality and quantity.

The air-conditioning had broken down which made the stay very hot at night and therefore uncomfortable due to the hot weather.
