The staf were very helpful in explaining the way to get to the city, the closenest to two Mtro Staions is a bonus to connect to any where in Paris including 1 stop front the RER connection. The recommendation of the staff to use the Shuttle van back to the airport saves you money. Close to grocery shops and adequate cheap food. All and all a good hotel |

the fact that the rooms were so clean and well appointed for the money - although small, all hotels are in Paris at this price range I can recommend the hotel highly none - it was superb value for money and I would go again |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they talked understandable english. The TV was not functioning until the last night of the trip, it's always nice to chill with TV after a long day of sightseeing. |

The young lady at the reception was very nice and helpfull; free internet available. Too tiny bathroom - one could barely wash one's face or sit on the toilet; everything in the bathroom needs to be repaired/replaced; I could hear people fighting in the other room/floor all night long; tv did't work one night. |

This is a nice two-star hotel. Good for people on a budget, but who want a nice, clean place to stay. Has been recently renovated, and was nice and cozy. The only complaint is that the man at the front desk could be rather short and a little uncooperative at times. He was very nice when we checked into the hotel, but after that he seemed a bit put out to help us. |

The location is ok but a bit far if you want to walk to the turistic atractions. The hotel is under refurbishment so in the future the common places will be fine (today a bit of mess). Very good shower and clean room. Friendly staff. The wifi never worked even they gave us the codes. |

Good location close to Metro, easy to find. Friendly staff, clean rooms albeit small that have been refurbished. Comfortable bed. Good value for money, we paid 62 euro a night, the walk in rate was 110 euro. Room a bit small, but I guess you are in PAris to visit the sights and not a hotel room! |

Excellent and very helpful staff, also spoke english. Price was very agreeable and was on a nice quiet street in the 17th district of Paris. Very near two metro stops and several grocery stores as well as a pharmacy. Rooms were cozy and the bed was very soft. Large windows in the room lets in plenty of light. Highly recommended to the next tourist looking for a friendly place to stay. |

the man at reception was friendly and informative, and the room on the 5th floor was clean and fresh. Excellent facilities for the relatively cheap price. I wasn't overly impressed by it's location- the area where it's situated (Brochant) was not safe, especially at night, with lots of police being called to numerous incidents up and down ave de clichy. |

The staff was mostly helpful and they were accommodating for our early check-in. The room was extremely small. The housekeeping staff rushed us out of the room to clean it. |

There was a female staff member who was very helpful! Also, the safe in the room was handy. The stairs were very uneven and the lift quite loud! |

Hotel was nice. Good value for money. Maids came into the room every morning while we were still there, often without knocking. |

The staff at the reception was nice and helpful. It was practically impossible to park near the hotel and parking time is maximum 3 hours only. Lots of noise in the morning from the neighbouring room service. |

I liked that they changed the towels everyday. I liked that they put the beds together like we asked. The cleaning lady did a good job, the staff were pretty great. I liked that they had free wireless internet, even though the connection wasn't very good. I didn't like how old all the appliances and everything were...our shower didn't even have a spot for you to put the showerhead, you had to hold on to it the whole time, couldn't have a regular shower. And there was a heatwave while we stayed, 40 degree weather and the hotel has no air conditioning. It was pretty unbearable in our room. We had to keep the window open contantly, which was unfortunate because the street is very noisy. There is a scooter / motorbike bar on the corner and people drive past the hotel at 2, 3 am on their really noisy scooters. Also, the rusty noisy garbage truck comes every day at 6am.just delightful. |
