The staff was friendly and the room was clean (small...but clean) and free breakfast (croissants and yogurt) The hotel was under major renovations, which would have been nice to know before I booked (I called before booking). Also, the area is less than desirable - located in the African quarter of the city, north of Gare du Nord... We were told by our taxi driver that the area is known for drug trafficing and violence. |

A bathroom was recently renovated There was huge renovation in the hotel; everything was very dirty and it was really noisy in my room. The breakfast was poor - only one croissant and coffee/tea |

They cleaned the rooms every day, they've even done the bed, wich was very pleasant I did not like the fact that when I booked the hotel I understood that we would have breakfast included in the price of the room, but that wasn't the case. At the end we had to pay an extra 30 euro for a rather ordinary breakfast. |

close to the metro station La Chapelle (line 2) only thing good with this hotel. The hotel was in renovation, we knew from other reviews, but we were surprised to find that our room was just in the middle of where they were renewing. The shower was Very small, no mirror in all the room. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbor snoring. The breakfast was poor: only one croissant was offered and some bread with jam. |

It was by far the filthiest, least comfortable hotel I have ever used: the dust in the room was thick enough to write in (I have photos to prove this); the bed was uncomfortable and creaked very loudly at the slightest movement; the range of food for breakfast was extremely basic; there was mould in the shower. The lift was barely big enough to fit into. |

When I arrived to the hotel I was surprised with the information that there was no room available for two person...only for one...then I was sent to sleep the first night in a hotel of lower category (that was a very bad experience!! |

Assolutamente sconsigliato, lavori in corso all'interno e all'esterno dell'hotel. Polvere dappertutto, forte odore di vernice, colazione in mezzo al cemento e mezzi pesanti che stazionavano all'esterno dell'hotel, proprio sotto le camere, facendo un rumore infernale dalle 6.30 del mattino a oltranza. Impossibile dormire. |
