The receptionist said that type of room we booked only existed on 4th floor. They have no elevator, so we had to climb the stairs bringing our big luggages by ourselves. We went to Paris with one thing on our mind which was shopping and took into consideratio to use a budget hotel to have more money left for the shops. This was exactly what it was. The Staff where super friendly and took their time to explain us how to get around quickly. The best part is that the Metro is just next to it. The room was very basic however fine for our kind of trip.

The room was clean however the curtains need replacing or dry cleaning.The room itself looked shabby so did the hotel but when you spend £60 for 2 nights in Paris I am more than happy to take this into account. The wall paper/paint was not finished and looked very scraffy. I would not use this hotel to stay more than 2 nights or on a romantic trip but to have a fun weekend its perfect.

Easy to find from Gare du Nord, fare size of the room and bathroom, we stayed 2 nights in room 319

Very neglected and run down. Good size room but after that all the way down the hill.The condition of towels was unacceptable, strange and akward position of the armoire and table, TV is above the armoire, you need to get up on the chair to plug it in the outlet. It has the potential but needs a lot of TLC.Very noisy area, not that it is hotel's fault. Would not stay again.

The hotel is filthy, the rooms so noisy from traffic, drunks, police sirens 24/7 + Metro below hotel thus building shudders most of the time too so you get no that is NONE sleep. The heater can not be turned off so you boil to death. The bathroom was a disgrace, there was a punch hole in the door, it would not shut at all. Towels were so bad we went out & bought our own. Cold tap would not turn on, tiles all cracked or broken as was mirror, no light working either. Paintwork beyond belief so marked with filth. Bed foam rubber mattress, 2 singles pushed together, one with ridges all across it so difficult to sleep. Linen disgraceful not clean either. Doors ripped of cupboard draw similarly off desk cigarette burns on everything. No phone. No TV, well there was but it did not work as all the wires had been pulled out. Only one power point in room, none in bathroom. No glasses or cups to get a drink of water. Wif intermittent at best. A shocker of a hotel, many stairs to climb to get to reception & then up to room. Located in an appalling district, 10th where you were concerned for your safety at night. BAD EXPERIENCE!

The location was excellent.

The room needs improvement-- wobbly floor, rundown locker, no place for the visitor to leave the luggage while waiting for check in. Claimed to have free wifi, but no connection at all.

The hotel is 10 metres away from a métro stop and there is the most amazing Patisserie across the road. Some staff were friendly, others were disinterested. We were able to leave our bags there for the day that we checked out and they were safe.

The bed was awfully hard, and the towels that they provide are very old and have frayed. The shower head kept on falling out of it's holder. But these negative points are minimal and we were easily able to cope.

De bedden slapen prima. Metro, cafes, supermarkt en pinautomaat om de hoek. Weinig luxe, maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Personeel is vriendelijk en 24/7 aanwezig.

Weinig voorzieningen in de kamer. Zeer eenvoudige badkamer (wel schoon).

La prestation ne correspond absolument pas a ce qui est décrit sur le site et encore moins à 1 étoile Cet hotel n'est pas charmant et il est fort crasseux... Il n'y a aucun service: pas d petit déjeuner pas de sèche cheveux, la salle de douche une honte qui en plus s'innondait a la moindre douche la télé lcd etait montée en haut du mur d'une telle façon qu'on ne la voyait vraiment pas bien du lit et du reste de la chambre L'information et l'amabilité du personnel laisser à désirer à déconseiller mm avec le métro à côté

Da boa vontade do casal, que embora só falassem em Francês, tentou ser gentis.

Balheiro com vaso rachado, sem tampa, laje do piso de madeira inclinada, aparentando que a qualquer hora pode cair, internet que não tem sinal, escada de acesso muito estreita e perigosa e sujeira no quarto.

Lo mejor la ubicación. Esta cerca de Sacre Cour a 10 minutos y a 3 de la estación del este y norte. Metro a la puerta estación Louis Leblanc.

La limpieza casi no existe. Recibimos el baño sucio incluso con hongos. Las toallas rotas. El cubrecama estaba con pelos. La escalera de la entrada, si vas con maletas te mata.

النظافة سيئة, و توجد عندهم موظفة في الاستقبال لا تعرف كيف تتعامل بأدب. تتعامل مع الزبائن و كأنهم شحاذين. تجربتي كانت سيئة للغاية معهم

La posizione, a 5 minuti dalla stazione nord, è stata perfetta. I proprietari ci hanno fatto la grande cortesia di depositare I bagagli fino alla sera del giorno in cui abbiamo lasciato la stanza

La stanza sembrava uno scherzo, tristissima, malamente pitturata, moquette sporca su parti di pavimento mancanti, polvere, toilette simile a quelle pubbliche. Nonostante I soli €55 a notte spesi ci sentivamo rubare I soldi e non ci siamo lamentati solo per l'estreme stanchezza di quella sera.

Il peggior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato ed ho girato parecchio nella mia vita..appena siamo entrati in camera,siamo rimasti allibiti..La stanza era piccola,con un mobilio fatiscente e vecchio,la moquette a terra era completamente ricoperta di macchie,il pavimento con molti dislivelli,il letto era infatti in pendenza e soprattutto corto...la camera era appena stata verniciata e c'era una puzza insopportabile e persistente di vernice fresca..il bagno minuscolo,la doccia con una tendina che si appiccicava continuamente addosso..la peggior esperienza della mia vita..ho resistito solo una notte e il giorno dopo siamo scappati..alla nostra richiesta di lasciare l'albergo volevano addirittura addebitarci l'intero importo del soggiorno (oltre il danno la beffa)..alla fine abbiamo pagato la notte trascorsa in hotel più quella successiva..consiglio vivamente di non scegliere questo hotel,nella zona di gare du nord ce ne sono davvero di migliori..inoltre anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è ottimo, io ho pagato 55€ a notte ma per 70€ ho trovato un hotel ancora più ben collegato ma soprattutto pulito,con camere nuove e senza moquette lurida a terra...quindi non lasciatevi ingannare dalle foto e dal prezzo,affinate le vostre ricerche perché per I prezzi richiesti da questo hotel si può trovare sicuramente di meglio! Ps quando ho preso quest'albergo era nuovo su booking,senza giudizi altrimenti davvero non l'avrei mai scelto...
