I liked the fact that it was very easily accessible to the train and that it was in a beautiful area of town as well. The hotel staff was rude, when I asked if they could reserve at a certain restaurant around the corner, they told me to do it myself, then they wanted to charge me for the phone call. When I protested, they acted as if it was such a little charge and they debated me about this. They advertised wifi, but the internet did not work in the room for the 3 days we stayed, and they tried to charge us for breakfast when we only had breakfast once. I asked for directions and a city map, they had no map and seemed to be bothered about giving them. It wasn't even busy, it was beginning of December. |

The hotel is very centrally located, near shops and restaurants, and just across place de Gaulle from the railway station. There is public car-parking nearby. |

Nette kamer voor een goede prijs. Goede locatie: vlak bij station, makkelijk parkeren en dichtbij het centrum, restaurants om de hoek. Personeel was gastvrij en sprak ook engels Er zat een kuil in het bed. |

Une chambre bien agencée et agréable, très propre et sobre. La porte de la baignoire permet de prendre une douche également, c'est plutôt pratique contrairement à d'autres hôtels qui ne disposent pas de cela. Un excellent petit déjeuner est également proposé. Dommage que les petits pains n'étaient pas spécialement frais... les toilettes pas séparés de la salle de bain, cela peut être gênant. un accueil un peu trop scolaire récité par coeur |

Al 15 jaar m'n lievelingshotel in Metz. Uitstekend gerenoveerd, prachtig uitzicht op het klassieke stationsplein, professioneel personeel. Het is zo'n geliefd hotel dat het te vaak volgeboekt is. Wees ee tijdig bij. |

Le cadre et la situation géographique; nous avons également apprécié la facilité de stationnement avec un parking tout proche. Nous avons trouvé cet hôtel un peu austère, sans cachet particulier. |

sehr zentral gelegen, nahe dem bahnhof, trotzdem sehr ruhig, Es befand sich überall Schimmel, vorwiegend im Bad, Amaturen waren verkalkt und nicht sauber, selbst im Zimmer neben dem Bett war Schimmel in den Ecken. |

Une décoration sympathique et moderne. Une chambre et une salle de bain très propres; Des doubles fenêtres et juste en face de la gare de Metz.Hôtel accueillant. A l'arrivée, une attente beaucoup trop longue( + de 10 minutes) pour nous donner notre chambre bien que nous soyons seuls clients à ce moment-là |

Les chambres sont spacieuses et il y a une présence à l'accueil 24h/24, l'hôtel est situé en face de la gare, très pratique pour ceux qui voyagent en train. Les chambres côté rues sont un peu bruyantes. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ongedwongen sfeer, schoon, kleurige en lichte inrichting, vrolijke parkietjes in het open trappenhuis. Kamers aan de achterkant zijn zeer rustig; rustige clientele. Kamers aan de voorzijde zijn onrustig. De kamers hebben wel dubbel glas, maar de bak met het rolluik laat al het straatlawaai door. |
