the staff was really nice. we were upgraded to a "suite". It's not a fancy hotel but it's professional and the price is right. we did not encounter any problems with any of the appliances. What you see in the pictures is pretty much what you get in the room. the bed sheets, the carpets, the bath tiles are all just not pretty though they were all clean and fine. |

The kitchen and accessories provided were quite useful for the baby. Nearby markets and friendly staff was bonus. we missed an electric tea kettle or coffee maker machine. |

Great location in a wonderful arrondissement, High quality/price ratio (double room € 93), good kitchen and bathroom.Metro and supermarket 100 m far.You really can feel at home..... The apartments are a bit old (f.i. they should change beds). We found a broken hairdryer, we said to a receptionist but she did not solve our problem , nor gave us another one, so my girlfriend has to go out wth wet hairs. |

The Residence Metropole Opera is in a fantastic location. It is walking distance to many of the most wonderful sites in Paris. The Metropole Opera staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The maids were also professional and helpful. My children and I felt very safe and welcome at this quaint hotel. The small kitchen and two room apartment was great for a family of four. I would love to stay at the Residence Metropole Opera with my family once again -- despite the occasional burst of late-night street noise heard from patrons at nearby bars and restaurants. Especially on Friday and Saturday nights, a lot of noise could be heard from people enjoying themselves at nearby nightspots. |

It's a nice clean hotel, perfect if you want to save money on the meals that are not cheap in Paris, due to its apartments are provided with a kitchen and all the necessary instruments to prepare your own meals. There's also a Supermarket very near from the hotel. The breakfast offered there is as in the near restaurants but it is very few if you are used to have more consistent breakfast then I recommend not to include it in the cost of the room and prepare yourself or go to a restaurant. |

The location is ok, although there aren't many restaurants, etc. that are open in the evening. No air conditioning in the first room. Furnishings in rooms were old and tattered. |

the staff was exceptional. Probably the most helpful staff I have ever encountered traveling. The rooms are not the most glamourous, but are clean and functional. Great bathroom. |

The employees at the Front Desk were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel lobby was welcoming and comfortable, a modern design. While the rooms look a little worn and are not stylish, they are good size for Paris. We were a 4- person family staying in room 303 (a 2-rm apt), which could have accommodated 5 people. The room was very comfortable, nice and clean, offered good storage space/closets. The black-out curtains in our room need to be maintained better. |

Very central location, short walk from many tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. Smart, stylish decor in the reception and lounge areas. Staff were very friendly and professional. Plenty of space in duplex suite; self-catering facilities a bonus. Top floor bedroom looked out on Paris skyline including Eiffel Tower. The apartment itself was a bit of a let-down. Carpet was old and grubby, walls were covered in dirty marks, and there were various stale smells throughout. The place needs new carpets, new furniture and a coat of paint to justify the '4 star' description and price. |

Spacious apartment with lots of room for our baby to practice her newly discovered crawling!! Fantastic location, beautifully equipped for self catering, and a lovely surprise not be charged for a portacot. Helpful and friendly staff made this a lovely stop in Paris for our family! As Australians (with large appetites!), we felt the hotel breakfast was not nearly enough to eat, particularly for the money paid (although the coffee was excellent), and found self-catering a far better option for our family for the rest of our stay. |
