Mercure Metz Centre  

The booking we made was not what was at the hotel reception and there was a considerable price increase from what was advertIsed. €78 v €127 therefore souring our experience. When I plug ini need accom for 3 adults I expect it to be recognised by hotel, not leaving me with the embarrasing situation Of having to barter with the hotel receptionist. Not a plesant experience.......I

Clean room, good beds, and the marvellous restaurant. Very good and tasty food for reasonable prices. And the free glass of perfect wine. The wine list. Our stay was a pleasant experience. Oh! I forgot to mention the good parking facilities. Abouth the restaurant:why is it not in the Guide Michelin list as a bib gourmand (value for money) place? It belongs there.

The hotel has easy access to the city centre and facilities.

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years, and can now see how much the rooms are deteriorating. The carpet in our room for example had been p0atched over instead of being replaced and the bathroom needed a lot dong to it.

Location, very close to everything: downtown Metz but also the Central Station. Free drinks in the fridge in the Privilege Room

Buffet breakfast too expensive for an hotel in a provincial town, Metz it's not Paris.

The hotel is quiet . The location is superb. We used the hotel for an 0vernight stay during long car journey.for such a purpose it is highly suited

The hotel is located in a very good position in Metz centre. It also offers good parking facility.

The room, actually the hotel, had no working air conditioning. I requested a quite room but unfortunetly, due to high temerature, we had to open the window and we did not sleep the whole night. Not really accetable for a 4 star hotel. Basic toilet facilities for a superior rated room.

Position centrale permettant d'accéder à pieds aux points touristiques de la ville.Parking privé et gratuit sécurisé. Personnel sympathique et attentionné. Confort des chambres et propreté. Petit déjeuner offert pour les seniors ..

Hôtel bien situé à proximité de la gare et non loin du centre. Relativement calme.

Chambre indisponible à notre arrivée (pourtant dans les horaires prévus dans les conditions de la réservation). Nous avons été déçu unpar le caractère un peu vieillot voire defraichi de la chambre qui n a de supérieur que le nom. Enfin le petit déjeuner express n a pas été servi dans les temps et nous avons donc dû l annuler pour ne pas manquer notre train.

we zijn naar metz gekomen voor een bezoek aan het centre pompidou en dat was de moeite waard. verder waren we blij met de bewaakte parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel.

de vloerbedekking was onappetijtelijk vies, de spoelbak van de wc liep door, tijdens het douchen werd de vloer van de badkamer behoorlijk nat, het pedaalemmertje in de badkamer was kapot, de "sleutel"heeft in anderhalve dag 3 keer niet gewerkt, slapen met open raam was niet mogelijk vanwege het parkeren en in- en uitlaten van bussen voor het hotel en uiteraard met ronkende moteren en het lawaai van het verkeer over de weg die voorlangs het hotel loopt. uiteraard hebben wij ons beklag gedaan: we hebben excuses aangeboden gekregen en twee kopjes koffie en een pilsje(die consumpties waren nog niet afgerekend bij vertrek)

Accueil, service, calme, confort, proximité gare,

Rien. Je sais que l'hôtel va subir une cure de rajeunissement mais dans l'ensemble je suis bien satisfait.

Dit was voor ons een twee-steden trip : Nancy en Metz.Op beide plaatsen hebben we gelogeerd in het Mercure Centre Hotel.We voelden er ons eens temeer erg goed.Dank zij het hotelpersoneel en het zonnige weer hebben we heerlijk kunnen genieten van alles wat Metz en Nancy te bieden heeft! Zeer geslaagde citytrip dus.
