150 euros for a double room (no better than comfortable) and 2 uninteresting buffet breakfasts. The day before, I was in Wetzlar (Germany) Mercure 4* hotel: 85 euros for the same kind of room with a better bathroom, and a delicious buffet. Why this difference ? 150 euros une chambre double (confortable sans plus) et 2 petits déjeuners buffet de qualité moyenne. La veille, j'ai séjourné au 4* Mercure de Wetzlar (Allemagne): 85 euros pour une chambre analogue avec une meilleure salle de bains, et un buffet somptueux. Pourquoi cette différence ?

Very good staff. We booked a disabled room and the bathroom was a wet room which was good. The hotel has on-site parking and is convenient for the new Pompidou art gallery. The hotel is a long way from the smart part of Metz around the cathedral, you need to use the car to get there but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The booking we made was not what was at the hotel reception and there was a considerable price increase from what was advertIsed. €78 v €127 therefore souring our experience. When I plug ini need accom for 3 adults I expect it to be recognised by hotel, not leaving me with the embarrasing situation Of having to barter with the hotel receptionist. Not a plesant experience.......I

The hotel has easy access to the city centre and facilities. We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years, and can now see how much the rooms are deteriorating. The carpet in our room for example had been p0atched over instead of being replaced and the bathroom needed a lot dong to it.

Location - central and good for exploring the city. Air conditioning - poor control system and very hot at night despite having windows open. Breakfast - poor quality of cooked food: there seemed to be unseasoned dried egg served as 'scrambled' for breakfast, cold bacon and sausage. This was disappointing.

The hotel is located in a very good position in Metz centre. It also offers good parking facility. The room, actually the hotel, had no working air conditioning. I requested a quite room but unfortunetly, due to high temerature, we had to open the window and we did not sleep the whole night. Not really accetable for a 4 star hotel. Basic toilet facilities for a superior rated room.

We waren met 2 koppels tijdens het paasweekend op stadsbezoek van Metz en Nancy. Ligging van hotel is goed - dicht bij het centrum. Gratis privé parking is een pluspunt.De zaterdagavond hebben we in het hotel lekker gegeten. Jammer dat het restaurant op zondag gesloten was. Het ontbijt was redelijk uitgebreid en verzorgd Vriendelijk personeel zowel aan receptie, bar en in restaurant. Kamer redelijk ruim, goede bedden, ruime badkamer. Toch vonden we de prijs iets te hoog voor het aanbod.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, Lage optimal Wir hatten mit Freunden zwei Zimmer gebucht. Das unserer Freunde war schon ziemlich abgewohnt, z..B. der Teppich und außerdem haben sie die Nachbarn überdeutlich gehört. Bei unserem Zimmer waren die Abnutzungsspuren deutlich geringer, und es war absolut ruhig - möglicherweise hatten wir keine Nachbarn.
