really fantastic value for money. great location near beach and on cute pedestrianised street with restaurants and bars. the decor was simple and elegant, and the ensuite bathroom had a cool design, big and clean and with a great showerhead. 7 minute train trip to cannes and the station only 5 mins walk away. a very lovely stay and more relaxed to stay in juan les pins and work in cannes. would love to go back.

Great location, right in the heart of Juan Le Pins. The staff very very welcoming friendly and there was a nice relaxed atmosphere.

I think breakfast should be included in the room price.

Shared bathroom that smelled of sewage, which was also in the hall. The bathroom itself was old, cheap and in dire need of a makeover. Noise from the street and ither bedrooms audible. Towels old and in poor condition. 4 euros per day to rent a safe in the hall for valuables is excessive.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and he girl at the desk was just gorgeous :) Good location, in a nice street full of bars and restaurants. Good value for money, especially in the super-expensive region.

There is no internet connection in the rooms (there is a wifi network in the lobby, though). The shower had a tendency to flood the bathroom, but it was not a big deal.

Really pretty renovated room, all rooms are individual, which makes it even better. Staff are amazing. This was possibly the best stay ever in any Med beach town I ever had. Thanks!!

Large bed nice cool room with air con and very helpful staff. Excellent location too!

I thoroughly recommend this hotel! Beautiful, large and clean rooms and bathrooms, very kind and attentive staff. Breakfast is served in a romantic and luxuriant garden. The hotel deserves at least another star. Strategically situated close to the beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. I will return! Raccomando vivamente questo hotel! Camere molto belle, spaziose e pulite, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. La colazione è servita in un romantico e lussureggiante giardino. L'hotel merita almeno un'altra stella. Posizione strategica, centralissimo, vicino alle spiaggie, ai ristoranti, ai bar e alle boutique. Ci tornerò presto!

we get the worse room of the hotel (durty, very old carpet, very old bed, the bath room windows does not open, ect...). when i told the manager, he told me " what do you exepect for this price? (69euro per night)!!! anyway, he did agreed that he was completly over the top and gave us an other room better for the remaining 2 nights.i would not recommend this hotel as it is very noisy and durty!!...

Convinient location, close to train station and beach. Restaurants and shops are all in the same block. I was at the Cannes Film Festival and the price for Cannes were too expensive, this hotel made my whole trip worth it.

Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil : très sympathique. Pour les budgets "moyen" et bien utilisés : ne pas hésitez à lui demander conseil pour savoir où manger ;) et autre bon plan. Hotel très bien situé mais dans un quartier bruyant (cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir comme des souches! bien isolé). Nous n'avons pas pris de petit dej donc je ne peux rien dire... mais vu les tarifs du coin ça ne me semble pas exagéré. J'y retourne sans hésitation.

Il est vrai que si l'on décide de laisser la Clim pendant la nuit : ça peut déranger... en même temps on peut l'éteindre. Une télécommande est à notre disposition.

Posizione centrale, un po scomodo il parcheggio ma tutto sommato la macchina si usa poco. Camera spaziosa. Bagno apprezzabile, da poco ristrutturato.

Connessione internet solo nei luoghi comuni.

L'accueil est formidable et le rapport qualité/prix est idéal. Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi.
