This is more like a family hotel, the owners are really nice and helpful. This is a 2 star hotel and as I have never stayed in anything below 3 stars the quality came as a bit of a surprise to me. Nevertheless, it is cheap and doable, especially if you only sleep there and spend the days on the beach. It's a perfect spot also cause Cannes is 2 stops away and Monace and Nice are all on the same train line. Very convenient. This hotel is one a very busy and cute street, full of great restaurants and entertainment. Very good location. It is also close to the beach, 3 mins walk. The beach here is gorgeous, white sand and clear blue water. Definitely worth it. Had a great time and amazing holiday. |

Very good location. Near to the beach all restaurants and train station. Very helpful staff-speak english. Room have nice size and air conditioning. Dirty shower and no hairdryer |

The quadruple room had 2 bathrooms, very central, various restaurants just below it, very good A/C, clean room no fridge in the room-during the summer it's needed |

The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful. The hotel was in a perfect central location. Room quite spacious, big bathroom. Room had good air conditioning. The rooms generally need better looking after in terms of cleanliness. |

The hotel is situated right in the heart of Juan-les-Pins and is good value for money. It has a light, beachy feel with basic, but comfortable and pleasant decor. The staff were friendly and personal - they carried my case up the stairs and even gave me a bottle of water when the vending machine wasn't working. |

We stayed 4 nights and were made very welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable and it was the best shower I have come across ever. The staff were very nice and spoke reasonable English which was good as we don't speak French. The little garden where we had breakfast was lovely. The Hotel was near the beach, supermarket and a lot of very good restaurants, we couldn't have asked for more, especially at such a reasonable price. I did mention that a curtain/blind at the bathroom window would be a good idea and perhaps some drawers. |

The hotel rooms are simple, comfortable and clean. Airconditioning is available in the room. Sound prood windows. Very good price/quality ratio. Great location near the beach and night life area. |

The assistant receptionist originally from Mexico was absolutely fabulous. She was SO helpful, patient and friendly. Nothing. For the price, it was better than we expected. |

Staff friendly and helpful. A bright pleasant hotel, tho' rooms could do with a refurbishment. A quiet hotel as desired. AC not working correctly, possibly battery change required in remote. Remote control didn't work for TV. Bedside lamp not working. No lift to room. |

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was big and very compfartable. Location was excellent. It felt like a home away from home. Would definately recommend it to anyone! |

Le fait que nous soyons en plein centre ville et à 300m de la plage La chanbre 8 donne sur la route pas insonorisé , pas de double vitrage donc beaucoup de bruit et des odeurs dans la salle de bain ( remontée d'egout ). |

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, nahe von Strand und Meer. Die Betten waren bequem und sauber. Das 4-Bett-Zimmer ist nicht neu renoviert und daher in einem schlechten Zustand. Vor allem die beiden Badezimmer waren sehr alt und unhygienisch. Das ganze Hotel könnte wieder mal gründlich geputzt werden. |

Sa proximite du centre ville. La propreté des chambres, l'absence de parking, le surclassement en chambre supérieure de vingt euros (ecran plat) nous n'avons qu' une vulgaire television avec trois ou quatre chaines .Que doit-être la chambre inférieure????????????????? le bruit des cuisines et des climatiseurs donnant sur l'arrière cour. |
