Location was excellent. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Helpful staff and nice room.

Parking is difficult and expensive.

Excellent hotel, spacious room and well located for the station and main central square.

very good location but some advance info on the parking facility underground under the square would have saved us three trips round the blocks. Otherwise everything up to scratch and a very good place to stay for a city visit. The male receptionist who greeted us was most helpful

the staff was very adorable, and very friendly. The hotel was pretty and cosy. The room was confortable, and quite spacy compared to what exists on hotel market sometimes. the design of the hotel is very modern and respectfull of the old building design.

i didn't like the room for breakfast, because it is a blind room. The breakfast buffet was pretty nice, but the room is dark, and noisy.

Perfect location in the heart of town, close to the train station and the tram system. Very comfortable, spacious room. The staff were welcoming and gave excellent advice about how to enjoy our stay in a beautiful city.

Difficult to access by car, but underground parking nearby.

The location of the hotel adjacent the Place de Comedie was really convenient to the train station (about 500 metres) and trams (about 50 metres). The hotel room was large and clean.

There is a lot of activity in the Placa de Comedie in the evening and whilst it was noisy, it did go quiet before midnight. Not sure if that would be the case on a Saturday night though.

Friendly reception on arrival. Room nicely decorated and spacious, with good air coniditioning. Excellent location just off Place de la Comedie. The positives definitely outweigh any negatives of this hotel.

Hotel is a little hard to find if arriving by car, particularly somewhere to park (we eventually found parking in the big car park under Place de la Comedie). Wifi did not work. Shower in the bathroom pretty poor (handheld shower head only).

The hotel was located in the centre of everything restaurants, bars, shopping and transport.

The hotel was nice but the carpet in our room could be changed or cleaned as it had a lot of stains, the paint work needed to be touched up and looked tired. Also there was a coffee machine in our room but you had to pay 2 Euro for a tiny cup of coffee, I think they would be better off having a kettle so you could have tea or coffee like most hotels.

The Hotel staff were very helpful. The location was ideal for me as the train station was very near as I was travelling to Barcelona and then back to London. My room was clean and very quiet.

The bathtub can’t be used as a shower. The rooms look old-fashioned, but are very clean though.

It's impossible without drawbacks, but they are insignificant.

The location is perfect for the opera, which is across the street. I had a good size room with airconditioning which worked well, and a very comfortable bed.

The carpet in my room needed a good clean; the bathroom was beginning to show signs of wear and tear.

The staff is friendly and helpfull. The hotel is located on a main spot of the city, Place de la Comedie, and right next to the old city, where the main attractions take place. The room are well sized, modern in style and very comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped and has lot of room to locate your things. The air-conditioning system is effective, working non-stop if you like, and is turned on before you get into the room, so on hot weather it is great to get into a chilly room. The hotel inner space is a masterpiece of artistic decoration which combines old and new in a smart manner. The building from the outside is a beautiful preserved one, from long ago.
