The location was excellent, so close to the centre. The room was immaculate. The staff were happy for us to leave our luggage safely after we had checked out, as we had a late flight home. The fact that you had to pay for coffee in your own room. This seemed churlish in a hotel of this quality. |

A lovely hotel, very clean and in a super location for shopping and eating out. The reception staff were very pleasant and happy to speak in English when I did not have the words in French! |

The hotel is in a stunning location, perfectly situated in the centre de ville. My room had a great view over the square and the opera house. Hotel, room, staff, facilities were excellent. It would have been good if there were more international channels available as being limited to CNN was a bit of a bore but this is only a "nice to have". If I had not been there on business then the television would probably never have been switched on! |

Eventually great room, location perfect for Theatre & main square Check-in was a disaster, watch out for security lapses as left luggage system is rather random |

Great location, in the heart of the City. Rooms are good etc, yep you have to pay for the coffee but it's top quality. Did I not have breakfast ans there's not a bar. You'll need sat nav to find the underground carpark in the town centre - special discount for residents - get voucher at reception. There could be late night noise from the street below |

Perfect location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the decor of the hotel. The room was tastefully decorated. Disappointed that there one had to pay for the cofffee making facility in the room. Also our room overlooked a shabby street. |

It looked good - fresh and modern interior design. It was so central, about 10 paces from the main square but our room was quiet. Personally I think that tea and coffee should complimentary. |

Reception area was lovely Just about everything else, I think all the money was spent on the reception, very poor outdated room, extremely unprofessional receptionist on our arrival |

Excellent location near to many shops and restaurants in the Square. Underground parking nearby and with the discount offerred by the hotel, quite cheap(about 12 euro for overnight). Rooms well renovated, clean and comfortable. Parking would have been difficult had we not´stumbled onto the underground parking´ that is about 200 metres from the hotel. |

The room was large with a big modern bathroom - much larger than you expect for older style European hotels. on one occasion, at no fault of the Hotel the neighbouring restraunt 3 floors immediately below our room hosted a party with very loud music until 1.30am |

V.stylishly decorated, comfortable and clean. Staff v.friendly and helpful. Perfectly situated in the centre of Montpellier. Quite noisy outside, take some earplugs if you're a light sleeper! I didn't try the breakfast as it was v.expensive - there are plenty of very nice cafes just outside where you can get a nice breakfast for under 5 EUR. |

The location, and the wonderful design! Being so well located, right on the place de la Comédie, the not-so-commendable young men hanging out by the hotel |

This was a very good hotel for the money and located well for the train and city centre. My complaint is not with the hotel itself but with the plaza outside which becomes party central for all the drug addicts and party types who are very noisy throughout the night. If you keep the window closed tight and wear ear plugs, this might work for you because the room was clean, spacious and well appointed. |
