very polite helpful staff, nice size room with air con and a safe, fantastic location right next to the main square where there are restaurant's, bar's, and a excellent tram service ( make sure you validate your ticket when you get on board at the ticket machine, on the spot fines if you fail to do so,) lots of streets and alleyway's to wander around with shop's to have a look at, will definitely be going back.

The location of the hotel is fantastic for the shops/bars/trams not so good for the beach but fairly easy to get to by tram and bus. I was concerned about the hotel after reading comments about the unfriendliness of the staff I should of not have wasted my time as the staff were only to happy to help with any queries and were friendly and polite at all times. The beds are also very comfy I slept really well. Will I go again - am already looking at rebooking for later on in the year

The only negative would be that the in room tv only had one chanel that was english speaking which was cnn and obviously the in room bar is expensive

Great location, the staff is very kind, the room was good with good decoration, fast internet connection, clean and good bathroom. Excelent location near the vieux port and a metro station.

The lift is one floor up from the reception and a little small.

Great location, right in the square de La Comedie. Free wifi in the lounge which was reachable from first floor rooms.

The electronic key failed a couple of times. Nothing really troublesome but it was annoying to go up and down to the reception for that reason.

It has been modernized but it has kept its old charm. Perfect location and very confotable The breakfast was very good value

Impressive building with loads of character. Comfortable room ( I was upgraded to a Junior Suite) with bright and clean bathroom. Superb location and friendly staff

Bath plug didn't work very well.

The bedroom was incredibly dark, the lights gave out very little light and were only bedside lights.When I asked for another room I was told it was dark because it was not a sunny day but the window would not have allowed additional light in owing to the building opposite being almost within touching distance . The other room I was offered was worse (the light didn't work at all) although it did have a view. The general decor was shabby and in need of attention. The en suite was a good size -unlike the bedroom - with very good lighting but in need of updating, annoying things like the plug didn't work, the shower head was broken etc

We liked the fact that it was centrally located.

Roomy hotel in a great location

The location was very central. We could walk to all the sights and train station.

The hotel is run down. Carpets were dirty and hotel staff were not very helpful. Very difficult to find even with a gps.

Hotel staff is very nice, the room is clean and comfortable. Very comfortable hotel, wonderful location.

Excellent loaction in Place dela Comedie, very nice people
