The concierge arranged transport for us from the airport to the hotel and this went off without any hitches. The rooms were of a very high standard. The staff on reception when we arrived were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast experience was chaos. It was poorly stocked and not a relaxing experience and this really lets the hotel down. We were not sure if the breakfast area was being managed by anybody and when you asked for something there was a lot of flapping and annoyance from the staff. |

We had a lovely room here the cleaning of the room was terrible.... no Toilet paper, dirty glasses and plates and cutlery was not removed. no cups replaced to make tea or coffee... all very strange considering it is a 4 star hotel.... its a shame really because I stayed there a few years ago and it was then a perfect stay... I don't know what happened tis time but it was not the same feeling, I would stay again hoping this was just a bad couple of days for them... we all get them |

This hotel has a luxurious atmosphere, is nicely decorated throughtout, has a lovely lobby and bar, has a courteous staff, is clean, is in a great location. Enjoyed our stay. |

it is very convenient location the throw pillows on the bed smells. I also requested a non smoking room but my room smells of someone been smoking. I did not request for another room when I arrived because I was very tired and had a bad cold and needed to sleep. But I informed the reception when I check out |

There was an excellent and very helpful Concierge by the name of Guilliaume. The restaurant staff was also very kind and helpful. The remaining (Parisian) front desk staff were not as friendly or helpful, but it was Paris after all. |

Мне очень нравится этот отель. Прекрасное месторасположение,вид на бульвар и дизайн номеров.Очень романтичный и уютный. Я обязательно остановлюсь в следующий раз именно в этом отеле. Возможно надо разнообразить меню ресторана. А также предусмотреть наличие фена в номере. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Erg hulpvaardig! Wij komen hier al enkele jaren met zeer veel plezier. De persoon die normaal onze auto weer ophaalt uit de parkeergarage, was er bij ons vertrek niet, waardoor wij dit zelf moesten doen. Dit hotel boeken wij juist om hun "valet parking". |

Uitermate slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. De kamers zijn dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Alles is verouderd en versleten en zelfs voor een rol toiletpapier moet je de receptie contacteren. |
