The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Excellent location for shopping. Would definitely return to this hotel. Mini bar expensive but that's to be expected. Room service doesn't cater for vegetarians.

I like interier, breakfast and lokation Young staff on the reseption are not much polite and not so proffesional. If to compear - the staff in hotel - the Banke on rue Laffaete is more proffesional.

The location, the size of the room cleanliness We asked for a wake up call and did not get it very upsetting when u are on a tight schedule and u miss an appointment no coffee maker in the room the small lip on the side walk at the hotel entrance is dangerous

We enjoyed the set lunch in the Brasserie the first day, pre-dinner drinks in the stylish lobby each evening, good soundproofing from street noise and good air-conditioning.Also the "Belle Epoque" style reminded us we were indeed in a historic quarter of Paris, and in a perfect location for sightseeing and indeed shopping. The staff were very friendly, obliging and courteous. We found that , although stylish, the htel had a touch of "faded elegance", needing some refurbishment e.g. some touch -up painting and defininitely some new carpets, which were faded and worn, especially on the stairs.

Location, quiet, cafe, staff, cleanliness, public area decor.We were a group of 7 friends with 4 rooms--all were on the 4th floor, which was convenient. Very small room, terrible mattress, carpet is shabby.We requested cab to Bateaux Parisiens, but were delivered to Bateaux-Mouches, in spite of assistance from the hotel conciergerie speaking with the rather surly driver & the written information.

Tidy neat room. Excellent location close to the tube. You can walk to most sites if you don't mind doing a few kms. Room was relatively small and good for sleeping and not much else.

location to shopping shops only It was a very bad experience for me and my family the rooms are very filthy and smile bad and when I arrive I was told that there is no room service. The nearest car park is two blokes away.

Hôtel bien situé - propreté exemplaire mais c'est le moindre dans un 4 étoiles ! - Accueil chaleureux et très professionnel. Personnel à l'écoute. On est en droit d'attendre un peu plus d'un 4 étoiles : chambre peu spacieuse à la décoration minimale et d'une banalité attristante. Petit déjeuner copieux mais viennoiseries d'une qualité à revoir surtout lorsqu'on pense que cette prestation est facturée 25 euros !

部屋やバスが広くて快適。 スタッフも親切で丁寧に対応していただきました。 コップなどが汚れていて汚かった。冷蔵庫の中身もリストに載っているものが殆ど入っていなかった。

Отличное месторасположения, есть русскоязычная пресса и российские телеканалы. Хорошая кухня в ресторане отеля. Номера требуют ремонта, в первом номере не работал сейф. Переехали в другой- там не работал душ.
