Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good

The hotel was very dirty with carpets peeling away on the stairs

We had two experiences. First room 216 was of poor quality with nothing working, safe broken,shower broken, light bulbs not working. Reception staff quickly acknowledged this and moved us the next day to a lovely room. Initial cost of 833 euro very poor value for room216 but excellent value for the replacement room507/508. The reception staff could not have been more helpful. Did not expect such an upgrade, would have accepted a similar room to 216 if all facilities worked. The tall dark gentleman on reception does his job very well and with no fuss.

The attitude of the staff in restaurant at breakfast. They were the complete opposite of the friendliness and helpful attitude of the reception staff and on each of the 3 mornings the place was just disorganised and while plenty of sfaff were around they were not customer focused. Breakfast buffet was good.

location to shopping shops only

It was a very bad experience for me and my family the rooms are very filthy and smile bad and when I arrive I was told that there is no room service. The nearest car park is two blokes away.

Location, quiet, cafe, staff, cleanliness, public area decor.We were a group of 7 friends with 4 rooms--all were on the 4th floor, which was convenient.

Very small room, terrible mattress, carpet is shabby.We requested cab to Bateaux Parisiens, but were delivered to Bateaux-Mouches, in spite of assistance from the hotel conciergerie speaking with the rather surly driver & the written information.

El Hotel Millennium me gusta por su proximidad al centro y porque ya lo conocía con anterioridad. Es confortable y adecuado para pasar unos dias como era nuestro caso.

Los recepcionistas del Hotel en servicio de tarde/noche no resolvían los asuntos en los cuales no podian ayudar. Por ejemplo en la reserva de Restaruantes de lujo, por ejemplo. De algúna manera nos decian que nos buscasemos la vida, cuando en otros Hoteles donde nos hemos alojado de similar categoria en otras ciudades de Europa y el mundo, bien a través de los recepcionistas o los conserjes, estos se ocupaban de todo lo que les solicitamos, como reservas en restaurantes, reservas en representaciones teatrales o musicales de forma solicita y adecuada.

Dårlig WiFi forbindelse. Trenger en kraftig oppgradering.

Tv slutade att fungera och fria trådlösa Internet som informerades om vid in-checkningen fungerade inte, slutligen var frukosten ett kaos och följdaktligen gratis

E' stato pessimo!! Sono arrivato di martedì e ripartito sabati mattina, non mi e' stato mai rifornito il frigo bar! Neanche con l'acqua!!!! Alla mia richiesta alla reception, la richiesta doveva partire da me chiamando il room service! Sempre appena arrivato ho fatto notate che non riuscivo a vedere I tre canali italiani e non li ho visti per tutto il soggiorno!! Senza che nessuno mi dicesse qualcosa! Il personale entra in camera senza bussare!!!

لم يعجبني الفندق لضيق غرفه وعدم فجامتها مقارنة مع تصنيف الاربع نجوم، والأثاث كان قديما والأبواب في الغرفتين 114 و115 لم تكن تغلق ذاتيا الا بعد جذبها بقوة ولم نجد من يساعدنا في توصيل حقائبنا الى الغرف لحظة الوصول. باختصار لا أفكر في الإقامة في هذا الفندق مرة ثانية
