The ambiance was good the rooms were good, the Irish bar was a nice addition The restaurant was not great for a french Paris hotel. The breakfast buffet and hot drinks was very depleted at 08h00. My room window did not have a closing or lock system, it had been removed. |

Nice hotel, good food, freindly staff Took too long to check out due to computor problem, I missed the shuttle bus due to this and only just arrived at the airport in time for my flight. |

It's efficient "navette" to the airport, the comfort of the rooms, the good breakfast. It is a pity that the only dinner available was at the Pub, when we arrived late from CDG at about 22H00, and we felt that the quality of the food and the service could have been improved. Maybe there could be another option? |

Airport Shuttle schedule mentioned by hotel staff was wrong with 20 minutes delay. So I wasted my time and I was in hurry. Shower wasn't clean with plenty of hair. |

Proximity to airport and airport shuttle included. Charge for internet internest access seemed high. Would have been nice if they provided some complimentary internet access in the business center, perhaps the first 30 minutes or an hour. Instead they charged 10 euros for 30 mins or 15 euros for an hour. |

Size and comfort of room. Main restaurant. Courtesy bus from airport. No information about hotel facilities in room. Wake-up call did not happen. |

Convenient for airport and reasonable shuttle bus which is free Poor service and absoloutely no information in the room. High car park charges with no reduction for guests. despite prewarnings no effor to accommodate vegitarians in the resturant which was woefully understaffed by waiters. Staff clearly under motivated.. No vegitarian food despite pre request. |

The rooms were large and the outside dining was wonderful and very reasonable. We used the hotel because we arrived in Paris late at night and it truly was a pleasure. Breakfast was included and was a great start for our trip into our apartment in Paris. |
