I liked that the pub restaurant was open past midnight, which made it possible to order dinner at 11PM.

The room smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke. The staff also told me both the pub and the restaurant were open for dinner, which turned out not to be true. (Only the pub was open).

Seemed to be dark and dirty. Flushing push button in the bathroom was coming apart.

Easy access to the airport. Reasonable price. Clean and comfortable.

Allowed early check in to leave bags. Nice rooms.

Got back from Paris, door card wouldn't work went to reception 4 times, eventually got technician but took over an hour and a half to get into room. Breakfast too expensive compared to equivalent hotels. Restaurant not open, noisy bar was only option for evening meal.

Excellent hotel with close proximity to airport. Ideal location for overnight stopover before or after a long flight.

Great value staff very professional Cleaning/ chambermaids looked happy and smiled when we approached them always a good sign its a happy ship! all the staff were welcoming and looked happy reception was very professional as well

Not being informed the pool was out of use Had brought swimming clothes wanting to relax in the pool area

Location, may be if there was a shuttle bus to city center this would be one of my first preference.

Hotel looks tired, staff is rude, mold in the bathroom, windows cant be open, airco did not work, 8 o'clock in the morning there was no food left in breakfast, Dinner was bad, I was charged 70 euro for a steak and two whiskeys, steak was chewy and came with a little bit of french fries and no vegetables.MY Message for the management and staff of this hotel " shame on you "

Very outdated hotel really needs renovation in every part of hotel, room, bar, restaurant, lobby, etc.! Poor noise isolation for an airport hotel

Size of room. Proximity to cdg. Free shuttle. Smoke free rooms. Proximity to Roissy downtown even though all restaurants closed on Sun. Friendly helpful staff. Not a huge hotel which makes for too many guests. Tea/coffee and hot water service in room.

Lack of reasonably priced dining options. Tv didnt work. Flat screen tv?

The lack of a minibar in the room. We arrived late from the airport (2:00 in the morning) and could not get any drink anymore. Fortunately there was the bottle of water in the room but it would be appreciated to have the possibility to have another drink

Very old decor. Room was too hot and very noisy. Very difficult to sleep.

Staff were not approachable. The first room we were given was on a floor the stunk of alcohol and the room was made up as a twin when a double room was booked. Changed rooms and still was a let down. Old furnishing. This hotel is only good for stop over before a flight. The reception and restaurant were the only place which looked as if the management cared about. Don't be fooled by the posts. From the price paid it should have cost less.

had to switch rooms 3 times to find one that wasn't unbearably hot - even then with the windows open it was uncomfortably warm - the whole facility is in need of rennovation - it was close to the airport which is its only feature

The staff gave exceptional service with the exception of one female bartender. Large and accommodating floorplan with good location.

The hotel is in need of refurbishing as carpets, paint, tile, utilities etc are worn and dilapidated making the stay for scrutinizing individuals somewhat negative.

my window did not close properly (although I did not ask for help) run down: no fan at the gym, no water in the pool, A/C not on when it was pretty warm

It was close to the airport and we were able to take a shuttle.

There was a weird cleaning agent smell in the hallways that made me sick to my stomach and the rooms, while were a decent size for Paris were pretty dreary.
