The hotel was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's close to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle service. The only negative is that at the airport they indicated one place to take the shuttle where I waited well over an hour,only to find out it had been moved to another terminal. |

The Breakfast was very nicce, the Concierge was very helpful, and the free airport shuttle transport was punctual. Bathroom had only soap bar and shampoo. Most hotels in this class have conditioner and skin lotion. In winter, dry skin after a shower is a common discomfort. |

Hotel decor was good, room was comfortable and large enough The breakfast was priced very high indeed and did not even compare to most single star hotels. In fairness, when I complained I was not charged the full rate for breakfast. |

The shuttle to and from the airport.. one staff member was expectional nice to make up for the other outdated.. Things were closed, you did not have a choice of where to eat unless you went to another hotel. my room had a funny odor |

The hotel is lovely and the facilities are excellent. The bar and resturant areas are very nice. Close to the highway, but a bit tricky to find. Good luck if you don't have a tomtom. |

The spacious connecting rooms made it easy to travel with 2 infants requiring cribs. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. For a airport hotel with a heavy flow of travelers, we were really surprised that no one met us out front and offered to help with luggage: we got off the airport shuttle with 2 babies, a stroller, and heavy luggage and had to find a cart inside and manage that ourselves. |
