Closeness to airport
Breakfast buffet was the only good thing
There was no wifi in my room, and the wifi in the lobby keeps disconnecting!
I truly enjoyed the staff. Although a few of them weren't quick to let me know they didn't speak enough English to assist me BUT they tried their best and were patient with my sketchy French as well. In the end, we figured it out and they did everything with a gracious attitude that I was grateful for
The room was clean and comfy.I wish the bed had more pillows for comfort but I still slept like a baby. For the price, it was a steal!
it is convenient to take the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
Very convenient for a stopover between flights, swimming pool was nice, food adequate, there are other hotels in the area for more eating options.
The carpets etc. were a bit worn out but maybe this is why its cheaper than others so no complaints! Our room was fine.
Excellent location and excellent stuffs.
The hotel is well located for anyone in transit. the staff was very polite and even though a mistake was made in my bill it was quickly rectified, after my departure. the room size was good. hotel has a pool and sauna - which can be very relaxing after a tired journey
1- we upgraded to the club room and had to ask for every amenity that was supposedly included in our package. i felt that if someone has upgraded, amenities should be automatically offered. in spite of that we couldn't avail of any amenities as none were available. the access to the lounge was handed over to us except the room was in a total disarray. very disappointing. 2-the bed mattress was very soft and very uncomfortable. 3-the shower was just a trickle
The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The hotel is suitable for a one night stay if you have an early flight. Sadly that is all!
Errm... room is tired! Broken phone socket, rust on shower head and the pool area is a little dangerous, stained and rusty!
Bed is ok
The tap and shower didn't have water for about an hour and when there's finally water, it was brown!!! Customer service was bad, when I called and ask for mac delivery or room service nobody bothered to say anything and hang up. I was shocked at such high class hotel behaviour. Food was also hard to find and room service menu nowhere to be found. I'm really disappointed and I don't think I'll pay so much to stay again. Wifi was really bad!!
Minimal operation of the hotel that we will not be revisiting !
Easy access-direct shuttle bus Nice staff Had a very good rate from Booking.com Good facilities but I didn't have enough time to take advantage of them.
Bed was too soft. Water damage (due to a leaky fridge) to the desk in the room was odd for such a hotel.
This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in and I would never return even if it was free! As a young couple, I was optimistic and tried not to take too much notice of the reviews but boy don't I wish I did! I can relate to almost all of the bad reviews I have now read about this hotel. Upon our arrival the staff appeared nice. However, it all went down hill from there. We ate lunch at the Irish pub and were served a cheeseburger with the mince meat patty red raw and completely uncooked, we told staff and instead of cooking a new patty they re-cooked the same patty that my partner had already taken a bite out of. A few more things that were unacceptable: -Waited for tea making facilities for 2 hours. -T.V. remote worked only sometimes and the controls on the T.V. didn't work either so we were stuck with one channel for most of our stay. -Wi-Fi would work on and off. -Could not order dinner because staff could not understand what we wanted even though the menu had English on it. -Room was very dated. -Order breakfast and it came to our room cold.. All the problems with food at this hotel put us off eating anything there at all. Called the front desk to notify them of this, they said they would speak to the manager and call us back. We waited for 3 hours and finally it was time to check-out, we did not receive a call back. The only good that came out of our stay was that we did not have to pay for breakfast. So.. once again I can not emphasise enough how much the reviews of this hotel are accurate and to take them into consideration before booking!
The only decent thing about this place was leaving!
They never gave me my wakeup call which resulted in me missing my flight and not a single staff member cared. The way they treated me was absolutely deplorable. I did not have any phone or type of alarm which they were well aware of so when they "forgot" to call me (their words not mine) I missed my flight! This place is the absolute worst. Do not ever stay here...ever.
Reservation room through Booking.com,anyway roadter counter staff didn't know what she needed was the confirmed paper which printed from booking.com,that didn't ask beforre.
Everyone was very helpful at the front desk .the room was clean the bed was comfortable everything was superb!
Wifi wasn't that great!
free shuttle to airport, comfortable bed
facilities are rather old, window can not be opened, indoor air is not so fresh, shower nozzle doesn't work well.
The food at the Irish pub restaurant was great! And the convenience of traveling between the hotel and the airport.
The room was stuffy and there were not many interesting channels on the telly
location staff late diner good breakfast with various choices
bathroom not very clean stinky bedroom one of the lift wasn't for the customers and it wasn't clearly specified
The Irish Pub was better than your average airport hotel bar and the service and food there was good. (The main restaurant was closed during our stay, which seemed to upset other guests who had not been made aware of the closure). Free shuttle bus is helpful, although we had to gt a taxi in the morning as the bus didn;t stop at T1 (which we were leaving from) and we didn;t have time to get shuttle bus PLUS CDG monorail to terminal. Would have been helpful to know that in advance.
Only one towel provided despite booking two people into the room. Shower curtain too lightweight and sticks to you when hot water is on. No hairdryer provided. Decor is a little tired. Long walk to our room.
Swimming pool, wifi worked perfectly for five days, location close to Charles de Gaulle airport, Paris city centre in 20 minutes, 30-minute drive to Disney, Aeroville shopping mall was a hit with wife and child
Watch out for hidden cost. It was very cheap to book a room for five days... Upon arrival, the child that was meant to be free was required to pay 20€ per night for a small foldable bed (that was 80€ for 4 nights). Breakfast was 20€ per person per day (that is 60€ for a family of 3) if you didn't book in advance. That is 240€ for breakfast. Just as much as booking a room. Parking outside (5 places available) is free. Parking for 99% of hotel guests in the carpark is again 20€ at a cost of 80€ for four days...
Every else was good
I was the last in queue after arrived hotel together with others in the black bus. I had waited for quite a while and when finally my turn, the staff attended to 2 other existing customers without asking me if its ok for me. I think she should attend to me first rather than let someone else cuts in. Luckily, it was the 2nd exisiting customer who noticed i was waiting for quite a while that he let me go first. 2nd incidence was the lift was out of order after several times of trying together with other customers. When i approached the same staff, she did not offer to help but started to give all kind of explanations that i should try to press this or that. I was too tired by that time and just wanted to go to my room to rest. Last incidence was the telelphone line was off and i had to again go to the reception to inform them to give me a wake up call. but no technicians was around then. anyway, the staff did came up to my room to knock on my door for the wake up call. Thank you
Comfortable, nice hotel bar, super fast wifi
Hotel needs a revamp - looking tired and worn but still good value for a one night stopover
excellent customer service, good breakfast
very dated bedrooms, uncomfortable beds, very noisy environment both from adjoining rooms, and poorly soundproofed windows, constant aircraft noise as a result, stale tobacco smoke in rooms / corridors
Convenient location Night staff who was very welcoming and supportive
Lack of cleanliness of the room, rust in the bathroon. Impossibility to open the window and no air con so stuffy and too hot atmosphere morning staff who gave the impression to leave a jail last but not least 20 Euros for 8 hours of parking on the hotel parking. This is stealing as the parking was almost empty and that it was not mentioned on the web site
