他でも書かれると思いますが、ロビーでは待たされます。風呂はいい感じです。

ホテルの部屋にいて、他のゲストがなぜか、他のカードキーで部屋に入ってきました。文句を言うとすぐに立ち- 去りましたが、セキュリティーにショックを受けてレセプションに苦情をいいましたが、後で説明するといって- 、電話で、男は部屋に入ってないと言ってました。防犯カメラでちゃんと確かめたのでしょうが、部屋のドアを- 開けたのは事実で、困惑です。４星ホテルなのにがっかりです

空港から近いこと、シャトルバスでつながっていることがいいですね。

I booked the hotel because of the swimming pool and closeness to cdg

The pool is dirty, the fitness equipment from the 70'S. Also, the bus ride (not fault of the hotel) is a waste of time. You have to take the train from terminal 2 get to terminal 1 to pass terminal 2 and 3 again on the bus but without stopping. It makes no sense!. On way to the airport and in order to avoid a 30 min. loop, simply walk outside and cross the street to the Bestwestern (it is the last hotel and the bus goes directly to the airport from there)

The location was good

Noisy room,it was like sleeping with the window openned.Very expensive breakfast 20 euros per person.Soft mattress.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious. There is a large pool. There was a good choice at the buffet breakfast.

The water/biscuits were not replaced in my room every day. The window didnt open on the top floor. There was no shuttle bus to the Parc des expositions. There was not enough bowls at breakfast. The gym is hard to find and not signposted well. The rooms are nice but decoration is a bit dated.

I am not impressed at all with the hotel when compare with Best Western just across the road which provide better internet network connection, services.

Ease of checking in and out

(1) Wait for Airport Shuttle and Taxi; (2) Carpets to be cleaned; (3) Mix up of Names in the booking

Easy access to the airport because we had an overnight stay between internationa flights; reasonable rates; comfort and cleanliness; attentive staff.

The heating was quite high even though it was winter, so we got too hot at night and couldn't adjust the temperature. But this isn't a complaint.

I was supposed to be allowed to check in at noon but had to pay an extra thirty dollars to do so. I see this as extortion.

Had a good swimming pool for my morning exercise.

Absurd 20 Euros for average breakfast. Dinner in the restaurant was average, not better, for France, but fifty percent more expensive than it should have been. Old fashioned. Trying to live off a perception of luxury when it is now out of date.
