Veldig ryddig personalet med fokus på service. Veldig fin park rett I nærheten som er ett pluss ettersom vi hadde md oss hund Det sto at det ikke kostet noe å ha dyr på rommet, men allikevel krevde hotellet 25 Euro pr natt pr dyr for ekstra rengjøring. Vet ikke om dette er feil hos booking.com eller hos hotellet, men syns det er veldig dårlig og har sendt inn klage på villedende informasjon.

I booked the hotel because of the swimming pool and closeness to cdg The pool is dirty, the fitness equipment from the 70'S. Also, the bus ride (not fault of the hotel) is a waste of time. You have to take the train from terminal 2 get to terminal 1 to pass terminal 2 and 3 again on the bus but without stopping. It makes no sense!. On way to the airport and in order to avoid a 30 min. loop, simply walk outside and cross the street to the Bestwestern (it is the last hotel and the bus goes directly to the airport from there)

The best of this hotel is that is near charles de gaulle airport., It needs to be check on carpets..,lights, shades...etc... They should say where to take the hotel shuttle and that is not the hotel but the black bus....it took me more than an hour find out. And also they should say that it arrives every 20 minutes and it takes more than half hour to arrive to the airport because it goes to many other hotels to pick up passengers.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious. There is a large pool. There was a good choice at the buffet breakfast. The water/biscuits were not replaced in my room every day. The window didnt open on the top floor. There was no shuttle bus to the Parc des expositions. There was not enough bowls at breakfast. The gym is hard to find and not signposted well. The rooms are nice but decoration is a bit dated.

The man at the reception (check in) very rude, the carpet in my room is very dirty as well the bathroom, as well as the chair in the room, looks like a cheap motel. not like a 4 star hotel, if even two. Nothing. This is the first time in my life I write something negative about a hotel , working for 12 years as Guest Service Manager in the hospitality industry.

Friendly staff. Overall comfortable and pleasent older hotel. Restaurant closed over weekends. Food at adjacent Irish pub really not great. Some fixtures show their age and should be replaced.

Staff added a bottle of wine, upgrade & free breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more in that department. Free wi-fi also good. Rooms were thoroughly outdated. Your website deceiving - showed a functional jacuzzi, of which no longer works. Not what I expected from a 4*

Easy access to the airport because we had an overnight stay between internationa flights; reasonable rates; comfort and cleanliness; attentive staff. The heating was quite high even though it was winter, so we got too hot at night and couldn't adjust the temperature. But this isn't a complaint.

Nothing Room was not clean. Safety hazard with the Iron. Don't eat food from this hotel at any time. It's looks like you ll get food poisoning after all. The food quality is awful and they it's expensive.

Had a good swimming pool for my morning exercise. Absurd 20 Euros for average breakfast. Dinner in the restaurant was average, not better, for France, but fifty percent more expensive than it should have been. Old fashioned. Trying to live off a perception of luxury when it is now out of date.

My whole purpose was proximity to the airport and it took 35 min by shuttle to get there in a ridiculously overcrowded shuttle. Next time I will pay a little more and stay at the hotel in the airport- the small sum I saved was not worth the hassle or my time.
