The stuff there is very friendly and helpful. And it's easy to come to the hotel because the shuttle bus is easy to find at the airport. The room is quite big and luxury.

The window in the room can not be opened because the security reason, I feel a little uncomfortable.

Beautifully decorated hotel it was a pitty it felt like they forgot to open all of it to its guests. We were changed rooms as the air conditioning was not working properly in ours and the windows do not open for safety reasons. When asked about changing currency was told I would need to go to the airport 20 mins free shuttle bus- but I had read the sign at the desk offering this service? The Irish pub was very generous with there portions and served all day. The free leisure center was fabulous even though deserted. Swim and towels were free. Black Shuttle bus service from Roissy Pole was a very convenient service to get you in and out of Paris and to and from the airport. We got great value you for money but did feel that perhaps we were out of season guests.

That the windows in the rooms didn't open and when offered an exchange for our room we were moved from a double bed into twin room. Some reception staff were very unhelpful, but others were fabulous. They should brush up on their greeting skills. Change the toilet seat in room 443 when paint is wearing off then get a new seat it makes it look dirty, even when you know it has been cleaned. The Terrace area should be open and accessible, it had such beautiful grounds it would have nice to sit in the sun and enjoy our last day after a very busy 5 day city center Paris tourist trip.

We arrived in Paris at CDG rather late and were leaving the next morning on an early flight elsewhere. The hotel staff - in particular the Irishman on the front desk that night - was extremely helpful to us and really understands the notion of customer service. Other staff we met in the short period were equally friendly and helpful. The airport is close to the hotel, although cab drivers at CDG hate the short hops and let you know. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, has a restaurant and lounge and it's all good.

Irish pub

Very nice hotel - clean, comfortable, bathrooms very tidy and corners of the tiles even cleaned. Bed comfy - pool was heated but not super warm. Sauna was very nice - only a little hard to get to - you had to enter from the stairwell on the first floor - no access from ground floor. Shuttle was fast and frequent and very convenient. Took us to the trains station to get into Paris - we never had to wait longer that a few minutes! Overall great deal - would stay again.

You can,t compare to other 4 star hotel, many thing is old like carpet etc.

Loved everything about this hotel. Steak tar tar was excellent.

The hotel was immaculate and the receptionists were excellent. We were asked if we would like to upgrade our room, include a full breakfast and have access to the executive club lounge. The cost was 30 Euro. We took the upgrade and it was fabulous! Breakfast with eggs and bacon etc. was a delight after 10 days of traditional continental breakfasts. I would stayat this Millennium Hotel every visit. It made access to our morning flight back to the US very easy. We were rested and well cared for at the Milennium Hotel Paris Charles De Gaulle!

The hotel is close to the Airport

Staff were too busy to help guests...waited at the bar for 30min with no service. Breakfast: No plates no knives, no glasses no cups...the hotel was busy but this should have been managed.

nice clean big room.

no free internet,no free breakfast with the room. you will gain more customers if you provide these two services and you will have a net profit.just ck how much income you do make now and try it for 6 month.

Bed was comfortable, and the food was good

Drink expensive, Some of the room appliances did not work, and the bathroom had black mould.
