The room was clean and comfortable ( a little warm, but a crack of the window fixed that). We faced the courtyard so it was very quiet. We did not opt for the hotel breakfast so cannot comment on that. Preferred to stop and find our own on our travels. The staff was amazing. When we needed help getting an appointment with a doctor, they were very helpful making the appointment. The folks at the pharmacie are very helpful too! We were close to two metro stops and found getting around by metro very quick and easy.
No complaints. I'd stay there again.
Location was close to Notre Dame
Room was tiny, they put me on the ground floor which was really noisy as you could hear everything in the lobby, no exterior window except to a small court yard and the shower smelled awful, held my nose and took a 2 minute rinse just to get out.
Bed and sanitary were very clean. We were anxious after reading 1 recent review mentioning bed bugs. We didn't find any, slept well with no after effects. Room is spacious enough. Breakfast buffet offers good choice. Friendly personnel.
Nada, nothing (rien).
The hotel was been rebuilding all over our room. And the manager didin't intend by himself change us the room. In fact, nobody shoud have been "checked in" in that room till the end of the workmanship. I need to make a call to reception to ask for help because of the noise and all the dusties and chatting of the workers all around the room, early in the monday morning. Nobody at the hotel was able to say sorry for that. The woman at the lobby (brunette) only repeated that she wasn't the owner of the hotel and I wouldn't be complaining at her. The manager was everytime hiding himself into one office. We stayed in the last floor and on monday we were awaked very early in the morning with the workers chatting and making a lot of noises by themselves and with the machines. There was one stair in front of our door obstructing us to get out of our room and all that massed around. I called the reception and the women tell us that she would talk with her boss. By that time, the men that were working climbing the windows outside the build asked me to help him with the cables and than I realized that there was men throw my windom and all over the room. They were chauting at me because I refused to help then in anyway. It seems like they didn't Know why we were still at that room. And then the worst happend: from the roof of the room it startes to fall down dusties from de rebuilding they were doing (I have fotos, I will talk with lawyers). Only after all that complainning and after our initiative they offered us to change the room. After that time and during our lastes days of staying the workers were smiling at us and the manager couldn't be able to be a real man and come to us to apologize. That woman at the recepetion was so rude when we "checked out" and tell us that she is not the owner of the hotel and that's why she didn't fell sorry for what happend. Unkind enough for a human being. I did not ever recommend this hotel.
Was right next to metro stop Jussieu using metro line 10 or 7 very easy, even with a few bags.
the location was very good very close to places the hotel was clean and tidy
you could not make tea or coffee in the room so you had to go out and buy there was no dinner menu so you had to go out to eat at night and breakfast was exspensive
Clean friendly and central
The hotel has character and it is in a good area.
Getting out of the shower was a hazard. The bathroom was awkward.
The hospitality of the staff at the reception. Easily accessible to all areas of interest.
I can't think of any, everything seems to be in place.
staff very helpfull. Breakfast ok. Taxi service fine.
We stayed in first floor Noise from metro? And external Heating device, when window open. Much noise from neighbour room.
Unfortunately, there were problems with wi fi, that was serious weak point for me.
That hotel is like a miser. They charged my money before I arrived at there. And those poor people asked me for charging my money when I just arrived at there before my checking in! It's my first time to meet that ridiculous case!
Noisy fan in room and not very comfortable bed. Dated decor - all a bit dingy.
excellent location in Quartier Latin and close to metro and RER. Good bed. Decent breakfast. Friendly personnel. No street noise.
Hot room in spite of airco. Some noise of neighbours. Wifi not working first evening (was very good second evening)
Staff very friendly. Excellent location and area.
Wifi wasn't working.
The reception staff where extremely friendly and helpful.
Only one lift which could only carry 3 people at a time
Close to Notre Dame, great food, hoo bus.
There were no coffee making facilities in the room.
You can hear the trains )
The location is excellent. There are fabulous restaurants withing easy walking distance. Cardinal Lemoine metro stop is very close and an easy walk. The hotel is quaint and feels like old world elegance. The staff was very helpful and spoke very good English. Call ahead for a room with a street view. The bed was large and very comfortable.
The rooms are quite small, but this is Paris. The elevator is tiny, only large enough for one person with two bags. But at least there is one.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice hotel in a great location.
The location is perfect. There is small shop and cheap restaurant around. Stuff are really nice. Bed is super comfortable.Room is a little bit small. But its good enough for the price.
Location, and for Paris reasonably priced some of the staff reasonably helpful, bed was comfortable,
altho booked two rooms, one upgraded, and ours VERY TIRED and in need of upgrading, we had to pay the same price,
Shower was fantastic, room was comfortable and spacious, staff were friendly. Close to Notre dame.. Would stay again
