Was right next to metro stop Jussieu using metro line 10 or 7 very easy, even with a few bags.
the location was very good very close to places the hotel was clean and tidy
you could not make tea or coffee in the room so you had to go out and buy there was no dinner menu so you had to go out to eat at night and breakfast was exspensive
Clean friendly and central
The hotel has character and it is in a good area.
Getting out of the shower was a hazard. The bathroom was awkward.
The hospitality of the staff at the reception. Easily accessible to all areas of interest.
I can't think of any, everything seems to be in place.
staff very helpfull. Breakfast ok. Taxi service fine.
We stayed in first floor Noise from metro? And external Heating device, when window open. Much noise from neighbour room.
Unfortunately, there were problems with wi fi, that was serious weak point for me.
That hotel is like a miser. They charged my money before I arrived at there. And those poor people asked me for charging my money when I just arrived at there before my checking in! It's my first time to meet that ridiculous case!
Noisy fan in room and not very comfortable bed. Dated decor - all a bit dingy.
excellent location in Quartier Latin and close to metro and RER. Good bed. Decent breakfast. Friendly personnel. No street noise.
Hot room in spite of airco. Some noise of neighbours. Wifi not working first evening (was very good second evening)
Staff very friendly. Excellent location and area.
Wifi wasn't working.
The reception staff where extremely friendly and helpful.
Only one lift which could only carry 3 people at a time
Close to Notre Dame, great food, hoo bus.
There were no coffee making facilities in the room.
You can hear the trains )
The location is excellent. There are fabulous restaurants withing easy walking distance. Cardinal Lemoine metro stop is very close and an easy walk. The hotel is quaint and feels like old world elegance. The staff was very helpful and spoke very good English. Call ahead for a room with a street view. The bed was large and very comfortable.
The rooms are quite small, but this is Paris. The elevator is tiny, only large enough for one person with two bags. But at least there is one.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice hotel in a great location.
The location is perfect. There is small shop and cheap restaurant around. Stuff are really nice. Bed is super comfortable.Room is a little bit small. But its good enough for the price.
Location, and for Paris reasonably priced some of the staff reasonably helpful, bed was comfortable,
altho booked two rooms, one upgraded, and ours VERY TIRED and in need of upgrading, we had to pay the same price,
Shower was fantastic, room was comfortable and spacious, staff were friendly. Close to Notre dame.. Would stay again
This has been our 3rd stay here and it gets better everytime we visit. We were upgraded to an exectutive room which was brilliant, more spacious, wet room shower with multi coloured lighting, very very comfortable. It is so easy to get around from here, both walking and Metro. No shortage of places to see or eateries to try.The staff could not be better.booked again for February.
our time there was too short.no hospitality tray, so had to take our own.Not much of a view being at the back of the property, but all this is just nit-picking and did not impair our enjoyment.
Staying at a construction side Apparently, they currently tear down walls or something as part of some renovation going in some parts of the house. This led to really annoying and loud noises. Of course, there was no announcement of this on the website. We payed the full price (129 Euros per night, twin room) to live at a construction side. Great. Romance killing bed(s) Our room was extremely small, it largely consisted only of the bed - well, beds, to be exactly. We booked a twin room. What we got was a - in our opinion - single room, where they put two single beds in. In fact, the two beds were not even fixed / tied together. As a result, the beds moved around at night, creating a big gap in the middle between the two beds which is why our backs still hurt today. If you are a couple and like to cuddle up to your partner: not in this "bed". And don't even think of romance... Clogged toilet: DIY (do it yourself) The bathroom was very old and didn't seem very hygienic. The first impression was right. The second the day, the toilet was clogged. At around 7 p.m. we went to the reception and told the guy that we needed help / someone to solve the problem. He was very nervous because he couldn't really help us: he was the only staff at the hotel, which is why he couldn't leave the lobby. Ultimately, he went downstairs with me to find me a toilet plunger. Yes that's right, this is the kind of work they ask you to do yourself. But the thing was: they didn't even have one. So he asked me and my wife to use the public toilet downstairs. Unfortunately, this wasn't really an option since my wife was pregnant and needed a bathroom available at night without having to go downstairs. So we went to the next supermarket and bought a plunger and rubber gloves from our own money... Hair dryer unusable Also very unprofessional: the hair dryer was unusable.
Location Staff very helpful Clean rooms
Rooms a bit small
Had a very comfortable stay; great location close to the river and Notre Dame. Our room was clean and cosy with a little balcony overlooking the street.
