The location was good and the staff were helpful. It would be helpful if the directions were more comprehensive and included car parking. Other guests were very noisey. The hotel needs to be updated. |

Nice central hotel, near to city, river and all places of interest. Parking was a problem, hotel getting a bit tired and in need of a refurbishment. No resturant at hotel as discribed, was given vouchers to use at 3 places in the town for evening meals. |

Fairly basic facilities but good value, clean and well positioned for both the river and city centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy to find as you leave the main road. No parking at the hotel but 24hr car park just behind the hotel. |

Friendly and relaxed, with a small but cosy lobby bar, reasonable breakfast, welcome drink very welcome and excellent location. No downstairs lobby bar loo. |

Nice and helpful staffs, free drink on arrival, buffet breakfast, but not too much choices, list on the front door to have free lunch box, but not on arrival. Near river side, nice environment, got elevator, convienient. Facilities not too good, need to change room for no showering in bath tub, the other room then have not got kettle and tea cup. Location a bit far and it's different from that shown on the map. |

breakfast was ok and also internet. The room was disgusting. Impossible to sleep due to the matress. Really old. also the furtinure was broken. Our room was in the corner of the bulding facing the highway making my sleep a car race.I dont recomend this hotel. |

The free drink was a nice touch. Also recommendations for dinner were appreciated :-) By the way, the balcony on the 6th floor was a nice extra. Overlooking the Seine. Great Location in town, maybe 5 minute walk to the cathedral. I would suggest Brasserie Paul for dinner. I travel a lot, the bang for the buck was great. |

La situation à 2 pas du centre ville La chambre est propre mais les rideaux qui pendouillent car mal accrochés...ce n'est pas très qualité. Un grille pain et du pain en tranches seraient un petit plus apprécié.. |

Le lit est très confortable, la chambre assez grande et le personnel est accueillant. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la douche et nous avons prévenu le personnel mais rien n'a été fait. Je trouve aussi dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la possibilité d'avoir autre chose que de l'alcool pour le cocktail de bienvenue. |

Très bon accueil et situation idéale par rapport à la ville. Petits déjeuners copieux. Le vieillissement de l'hôtel commence à se sentir et même à poser quelques petits problèmes (changement de chambre, par exemple, vu l'impossibilité de se servir de l'armoire dans la première proposée) |

L'hôtel est bien situé, face aux quais de la seine, au coeur de Rouen j'ai apprécié la lunch box et le verre offert. Un accueil sympa mais pas plus que dans un autre hôtel. Booking offrait une forte réduction par rapport au prix initial qui est normalement de 77 €. Sans rentrer dans les détails je pense qu'il font des réductions sur certaines chambres mal situées ou en mauvais état car il ne pourrait pas la louer au tarif normal. Je pense également que la lunch box et le verre offert viennent combler les failles évidentes de l'hôtel. |
