The hotel staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful in answering questions, facilitating reservations at local restaurants, even moving our car to the garage. Dated decor...triple room was small. |

Only 3* but nice place,the first room that we were given was terrible but this was changed on the second morning to our satisfaction,the hotel owner was very helpful & all the staff were friendly & helpful. Just the first room |

We liked the location (close to the Sanctuary) friendliness of the staff and ever willing to help us. Rooms were comfortable and all you would ever need. Loved it and would stay again. |

I picked this hotel because it was advetised as located 50m from the Sancturary and since my mom has difficulties walking, this hotel seemed more suitable. True, but Excelsior still farther away from the Grotte and Basilica than the other hotels located on the left hand side (if you are facing the basilica). dusty courtains, dirty (used bathtab) when we just entered. In general, the facilities are quite old and need to be refurbished - the parfume used to kill the smell makes it even worse. Food (breakfast), except for croissants hardly eadible, not tasty, coffee hardly digestible, kitchen staff careless. |

- Sa localisation en Centre ville avec garage. - Mon sentiment est que cet hôtel a dû connaître une période plus faste, mais qu'actuellement, il ne correspond aucunement à un classement trois étoiles. Son entretien semble délaissé ( literie en mauvais état, revêtements muraux sales et détériorés, prises électriques avec fils pendants, toiles d'araignée dans la salle de restaurant. De plus, alors qu'une carte sympathique était affichée à l'entrée de l'hôtel, lorsque nous nous sommes présentés pour le dîner, il nous a été signifié que le restaurant ne proposait qu'un menu unique. |

la ubicación excelente que tiene respecto al santuario de lourdes y situado también en el centro de la ciudad las instalaciones como por ejemplo la moqueta son un poco viejas aunque estaba todo limpio |

De vriendelijkheid bij de ontvangst en bij het ontbijt , de kamer wes net maar piepklein . Het ontbijt zelf : het stokbrood was hard en de croissants taai , verder niet veel keuze aan toespijs. Het uitzicht op de kamer was : grauwe vuile muren, geen minibar en geen airco, een klein kastje om je gerief uit te pakken (wat we niet deden) |
