This hotel is perfectly adequate for most travellers needs and represents good value for money. The location is very convenient, close to the station and metro. But most importantly, the staff are efficient, helpful and polite, giving a very warm welcome, and assistan,ce during the stay.

The hotel was excellently located just next to the Montparnasse train/metro station, but nevertheless there noise from the streets didn't penetrate to the rooms. The rooms weren't very big and quite basic, but anyway clean and comfortable enough for my taste. Free WiFi worked well in the rooms and the breakfast surprised me positively as it contained also ham, fruit salad etc. in addition to a basic French breakfast with a croissant and some baguette. The staff was friendly and gave accurate instructions in order to find a super market (which was very close) as well as advising the most convenient way to get to the other side of Paris with public transport. I was satisfied with my visit.

Its a little far away if trying to walk everywhere

The location was ideal for me ,near the station and the Air France bus station. I had a warm welcome from the receptionist who was also helpful with travel advice. My room was spotlessly clean,and the shower worked !!

Terrible stuff. No real help & service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, simple and basically set out. The hotel is opposite Gare Montparnasse, but even though it is a very busy location, there was no street noise.

Please don't have plastic cups in the bedrooms (however when I asked for crockery cups they were given with a smile).

The best thing is the location, you just can hop into the hotel from Montpransee Railways station. We (family of 4) had the rooftop connected rooms which was very comfortable spacious. This is a budget hotel still you have kettle to boil water. Even though there is no resturant in the hotel, there are numerous outlets near.

Very conveninetly located - right next to Railways station and metor, good restaurants and bars in the area, close to Eiffel Tower etc. The price was very reasonable by Paris standards

It was very well situated for those wanting to see the main sights of Paris! It is close to two Metro stations that had lines directly to all the sights we wanted to see so travelling was not difficult at all! It is close to the bus station and the train station which is an added bonus! The Montparnesse Tower is directly opposite the hotel which is a must see! It gives you a view of the whole of Paris at 210m!

Convenient location to Gare Montparnasse

It was very close to Gare Montparnasse which was good for us. It was also convenient to walk to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. There were plenty of eating places nearby. The room was very quiet even though it was near the street.

Wi-fi seemed a little weak.

Perfect location: 4 different metro stations next to hotel surrounded by nice restaurants and shops friendly (English speaking) staff small but clean room, new towels every day tv and tea-making facilities

Elevator wasn't working - was announced before booking

I chose there because of the location and I was right about it. The hotel is very small and may not be the big corporation standard, however, the hotel room was clean and comfortable and the staff was also very helpfully. The hotel's elevator was under the maintenance but they informed us prior to the trip. It did not bother me. There was no A.C. In the room but we stayed comfortable enough. For people who can not bear the heat would be difficult. After all, I still recommend the hotel and would like to go back for the next trip.

The location of the hotel, where everything in Paris was close by + many restaurants were around, Metro and train station was very close by the hotel.

there wasn't "do not desturbed or please clean the room" sign. the house maid just tap on the door or some times just get in the room. But it was funny as the way she looks like when she saw some one sleeps until noon.

The elevator was out of order during my hall stay , my room was in thierd floor and I used the stairs .

Leave alone the fact that the room was small and very old, because after all was fairly clean. The main problem is that they have no air conditioning and you can't open the windonw because of the unbelievably loud traffic noise. Also, the hotel is definitely not nice. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. It is absolutely not worth its price. It might have been acceptable if I had paid 10 euros per night instead of the 98 I actually paid.
