close to the tube
room is very small, noisy and cold inside
Clean room, friendly staff.
Small Room, Poor Wi-Fi connectivity, Quite far from city centre.
Like the locarion
How about choices for vegan/vegetarian breakfast?
It is close to the metro and bus station at Galieni which counts for a lot. The people at the reception and the bar were nice, though. It is also relatively cheap, but...
...relatively to the standard, it could be cheaper. Neither of us look for luxury but the room smelled of smoke and some pungent disinfectant with perfume. Internet was very slow and one needed to log in over and over. How about something salt for breakfast? Cheese? Ham? Not having to boil your own egg? Seeing that there were work going on in the lobby and the only luggage storage were boxes to pay for, the price could have been a few euros lower.
Location and price
Location was good, Metro and buses close by. Shopping mall above Metro. Shops local, Coach station also nearby. The staff are very friendly. Good breakfast, beds were clean.
Area was quite rough with homeless people living opposite the Hotel under a flyover. Carpets in the Hotel weren't clean. If you just want a crash pad at a budget price this hotel is good. We felt perfectly safe here .Bunk bed in triple room which was on the small side, moer like a Hostel than a Hotel.
They did not give me any room even though I already booked a single room. The receptionist(a black girl) was terribly arrogant and impolite. There is nothing to improve because I never visit this hotel again.
convenience to metro, reception desk always open, breakfast good, rooms were soundproof to the outside, everything was pretty quiet except for a huge student group who were very loud one morning!
Wifi very slow, rooms much narrower than expected, requested a double room but got a triple that was very crowded, accomodations did not match pictures on Internet, breakfast a bit pricey
The stuff not helpful The location not good and not safety
I did like nothing
The people at the desk were very friendly. Matras is fine.
The space of the room. Breakfast is a bit of a mess. But it is free, so rather ok.
Do not go with the pics online. Very tiny room. Bathroom feels like entering a small closet. Dirty and stinky carpets. There was hardly any space to even keep my small carry on baggage. The ratings are highly incorrect. The area around hotel felt very unsafe.
noisy road around, and small room for three people
location of the hotel is near metro station.
three bad rooms are so small.
Close to metro and McDonalds
Very Small rooms Very small bathrooms No dental kits No safe Smelly Lobbies No extra chain lock No ID proof during checkin No receipt during checkout
Nothing to SAY
Room was cleaned every day. The cheapest option we had among expensive hotels in Paris. Close to metro but almost 45 min to city center in dirty old metros from the 60's/70's.
Paris is a really dirty city and the neighborhood the hotel is in is discusting. The breakfast is almost only bread and croissants. So if you like lots of carbs this is a good option for you. Even the coffee machine was bad. The coffee didnt taste as coffee, but they had Lipton tea (yeeeah)
Location Public transport/metro nearby hotel
Rooms were small bathroom looked like a cabinet
Perfect location. 1 minute walk from metro and bus station .
Food shops are a bit far from this place
WiFi wasn't working - you can barely check an email. Bathroom looks like taken from an airplane - it's all plastic and extremely small. The noise from the street was very audible through closed windows.
Rome cleanliness was good .Metro station is just 5 mins walk .
the Rome TV remote n AC was not working. We stayed 3 days even after complain the staff couldn't make it workable during our stay. Rome is very small .
Staff was really helpful and assigned new room. Room was cleaned daily (fresh towels etc). Hotel is located 50 meters from metro station (line 3) and big shopping center. Internet was always on and there was no problem with getting connection.
Initially appointed room was in a really bad shape and location (ground floor, next to parking).
Great breakfast! Comfortable room! Luggage storage (3 euros per day)
It's kind of far from almost every attraction in Paris (Pere Lachaise cemetery is 15 min walk). Metro is a 100 metres away, though! The area seemed a bit dodgy and dirty, but if you're sightseeing all day long, you won't even notice!
The staff were very helpful, the beds were comfortable. We were given a quick change of room when we complained about the room we were given ( dirty carpets) The hotel is situation next door to a large shopping centre. Bus and Metro are also near by
The rooms could do with a good refurbishment. Triple rooms very cramped. No kettle
