The breakfast was cheap, simple and good. The hotel is located very close to a metro station.

Staffs were not friendly.

This was the worst hotel we have ever been to. Our room was a disaster! Bathroom was so dirty that we were afraid to touch anything . Behind our bed there was a puke on the wall. The window was broken sa we could hear the wind all over the night, this was the reason whe the room was so cold and we had to sleep in clothes. In general we were surrounded by the dirtiness. Staff didn`t care our ask to change this room. They did it finally when the light in the bathroom broke down! This is a disaster!

Its very near to Line 3 Metro Stop Galleni by that I was able to access all the tourist attractions easily.

I was charged twice for the Same room. I paid the price at the time of check in but later I found that they have also deducted the price from the Credit Card which I used to book the Hotel. I informed them about the incident but yet to get any reply from them. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location: very close to Eurolines station / metro and also the hotel is just beside a big shopping mall. The staff at the reception were quit friendly especially the black lady.

-Unnecessary knocking on doors and noise at night especially from the other guests (group - guests).

It's not worth 75 euros per night.Extremely small room with bunk bed.On that kindda "secure car park" that we paid 10 euros per night our rear tire was punctured.Very disappointed! Won't stay there again and won't recommend!

The location is superb. The hotel is near the Gallieni metro and Eurobus terminus, a mall with McD and Auchan is just next door, lots of food and dining options (the Algerian grilled chicken stall just outside the hotel is fantastic and so cheap), lots of shops selling Paris souvenirs on the way to the metro station too (our favorite is the shop owned by a Turk named Kevin whose shop selling cheaper Eiffel tower souvenirs than those at the Eiffel Tower itself). The staff who handled our check-in, Francois, is friendly, courteous and went the extra miles to fulfill our slight change to the booking. The hotel has a handy luggage storage facility which is coin operated. We love the sofa at the end of the cafe, where we packed our bags prior to leaving the hotel at midnight (we have checked-out earlier during the day). Unlike what have been written by other travellers here, we were given the remote control to the TV together with the room key during check-in at no extra charge/deposit.

For the price that we paid, the hotel is faultless. I don't think you can get a better deal than this.

Very, very small room with very very small bathroom like a plastic box and very uncomfortable beds. Highroad is 10 m away from a window, you need to pay for TV remote, otherwise there is no TV. Bad connection with internet.

Value for money. Close to station.

No tea and coffee facilities in room. Could be quite noisy outside at times.

Nothing, only the location.

This hotel doesn't feel hospitable. The rooms are very small, just big enough to fit in a double bed and a cramped toilet/ showroom. The fact they charge for the wifi connection, however little it is, doesn't portray a message of hospitality. Especially since wifi connection has become so important. Including the wifi cost in the price of the room is the smart thing to do. There is no area to iron your clothes, plus you have to pay a deposit to use the iron as if people will steal an Iron.

Close to subway. Wanted to visit Paris but did not want to drive in the City so it was important to have a hotel near the metro entrance; however, the neighborhood itself was not easy to drive or park in either and as two women traveling together, we did not feel very comfortable outside after dark.We were surprised to have our own bathroom and that you had wifi.

Beds are very hard, pillows not too comfortable. Room quite warm and did not manage to get the air conditioner working. Did not know that we could get a converter to watch tv until we saw someone getting theirs. By that time we were checking out. I think it might have been an oversight of the Staff' when we checked in.

Cleniness of room is well maintained.

Reception !!! Had very bad experience with the manager and staff. Charged me twice on the same room from the card and by cash, and wasted all my day explaining about this to them and the staff is never ready to accept their mistake. I really wouldnt suggest to anyone.

Was in a great location being next to the mall and train station also right there :)

It's very close to the metro station and it have good connections with the airport.

First very big unlike was the receptionist (I think her name was Sarah ). We arrived 2 hours earlier than the time of check-in (with 2 young children ) and she told us very rude that none of our 2 are not ready and we can't leave our luggage anywhere. She just sent us for a walk in the city with a 20 kg weight luggage and 2 small kids. Thank God that there was a very kind and smily man too, and he found a place for our luggage. We came back in 2 hours, after a short sightseeing and received our 2 rooms. One was impeccable, and the other one was more than stinky (room 110- other tourist take care not to receive this room ). The air conditioner was not working at all.

This is well situated for a hotel which is towards the budget end of the market, and is ideally suited for coach passengers, being right next to the main Eurolines bus terminal for Paris. It is also adjacent to the Gallieni metro station, which means you can be in central Paris in 30 mins or so for 1.70 euros. There is a shopping preccinct nextdoor with supermarket, shops and food outlets including McDonalds & Subway. Although the hotel is situated in a busy commercial area, adjacent to a couple of flyovers it is well insulated from traffic noise. Rooms are clean and spacious enough, with a small self contained bathroom containing shower, toilet and wah basin. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Although well sound proofed for traffic, Bagnolet is a busy commercial and residential area, with high density traffic, housing and highrise offices. Somewhere like Croydon might be a good uk approximation. The internal soundproofing is not good and if you have noisy neighbours you will hear them. The hotel attracts a lot of families and young parties. While I was there some young guest were playing football in the corridors at past midnight 2 floors up. With the internal acoustics this felt like being inside a drum while somebody banged it! Fortunately staff stopped this following multiple complaints from guests! While I was there the downstairs was being renovated, so loud drilling and banging would start just after 8am. One night the stairs were closed due to the work, then the lifts failed, due to a powerdown, trapping everyone on their floors (not sure how this complies with h&s regs!). However these last 2 issues are likely to be short term and one off.

Proximity to the metro station and several fastfood places as well as a mall including supermarket.

Small and well worn room, very small bathroom, extra charges for almost everything - like 6 euros for 30 mins of internet or 1 euro for 24 hrs of wifi which does not even work properly. The maid even managed to storm in the room while we were sleeping and to express her unsatisfaction that we still hadn't left the room.

Location is excellent, just 1-2 minutes walk to metro station (line 3). Rooms are small but is good if you plan travelling in the city but not stay at room all the they. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price is very affordable. I would recommend staying in that hotel.

There were not refrigerator.

Its very near to Metro, Has 24 hr Mc-D next to it and also a Bigshopping mall which reduced our cost of food very much...Also late night in front of hotel we also foung Grill which was also very good...Good Locker facility and also space for toilet even after checkout was very helpful for us. Break fast was 8 Euro per head, and rooms was very very small but is good for stay for a couple of night economically...:)
