It was efficient - in that it had received our on-line booking and were expecting us. It wasn't very clean in bedroom - walls of room very dirty and bathroom not really clean

The beds were comfy, the shower worked very well and there were beds for four people. The room smelled of smoke and the bethroom was very small with cigarett burns in the plastic units.

Quite happy with this place - clean room, clean sheets, warm water, double glazed windows to shut out the busy road noise. Don't expect any frills, bring your own soap and shampoo etc, and a large towel. But what do you expect for 35 euros a night. It was just off the busy a1 road south of Lille - perfect for us to drive into Arras for a music festival, and get out again easily. There is a nice restaurant just round the corner, so we arrived late, and didn't need to drive anywhere else - could relax and have a few beers and a nice steak before bed. Breakfast was downstairs - didn't bother, but it looked okay. Friendly staff.

Hotel calme: on entend pas du tout l'autoroute, malgré sa proximité. Personnel agréable et disponible; à noter présence d'une personne sécurité à l'hotel.On est rentré à 03h du matin et la personne était bien au poste. Salle de petit déjeuner tres "ouverte", on a de l'espace.

Hotel situé à proximité des commerces et des grands axes routiers Je trouve anormal que les 2 petits lits n'étaient pas faits et que notre chambre se situait à coté du local des employés qui fumaient dedans et l'odeur imprégnait beaucoup notre chambre

Hotel sale et très vétuste. Une sérieuse rénovation est a prévoir. Le confort est des chambres est lamentable. La robinetterie de la salle d'eau fuit. Je m'étonne même que booking puisse proposer cet hôtel.

Hôtel bien situé, bon rapport qualité/prix, personnel agréable et serviable. J'ai dormi dans deux chambres différentes, et même pour une trentaine d'euros la nuit, leur état laissait à désirer : moquettes tâchées, ici un trou dans un mur élégamment dissimulé par un prospectus de l'hôtel, ailleurs un évier en mauvais état. La concurrence avec les autres hôtels du secteur conduit les uns et les autres à baisser leurs prix au maximum, en comptant sur l'indulgence du client pour ces petits défauts au nom des petits prix pratiqués.

L'acceuil du gardien de nuit,je suis arrivez vers 23h30. Le reproche a vous faire,le matin j'ai voulu monte un cafe dans la chambre pour mon epouse,on me la refuser,par contre prendre un cafe au distributeur la on peu,j aurais descendu le plateau.bonne journée mr fosse ets marek.

La propreté - l'accueil par le personnel même à l'heure tardive à la quelle j'y suis arrivée (presque 21 h) Les rideaux qui devraient être bien occultants sont trop éloignés de la fenêtre et laissent donc passer trop la lumière extérieure (généreuse je suppose pour loa surveillance !)... pas besoin d'allumer pour se lever la nuit !

Situation géographique au coeur de la zone industrielle entre Hénin- Beaumont et Noyelles-Godault ! Super pour les escapades à Ikéa. Le parking est surveillé par un vigile pour plus de sécurité. La voie ferrée qui passe juste derrière l'hôtel provoque certaine vibrations lors du passage d'un train mais hôtel bien insonorisé.

Nous avons aimez son aspet extérieur qui est jolie ainsi que le service de sécurité qui est bien présent la nuit. L'accueil qui nous est donné en arrivant. La moquette était vêtus avec des taches aussi bien dans le couloir que dans la chambre. Aspect général de la chambre ancien. Salle de bain avc douche trop petite et le lavabo tiquer et trace de cigarette ainsi cindrier alors que c'était une chambre non fumeur. Manque de grande serviette

Les sanitaires n'ont pas été néttoyés il y avait de l'urine et du "pq" dans les wc.On m a changé de chambre, sans trop d 'excuses.Les murs sont sales et vetustes, les moquettes sont "dégueulasses",la couveture, très limite, l'installation électrtique date du moyen age.Il n'y a qu'une malheureuse petite lumière dans un coin du plafond, difficile de travailler sur l'odi et de se maquiller. Cet hoel est "pourri"
