Great location in the middle of the main shopping area. Very clean. Great value.

The only good thing is that the hotel is well situated.

- Tiny room - Poor shower - Extremely expensive - Noisy bed... - Tiny cushions - Broken glass - Don't go there if you have the choice !!

The staff at the counter were polite and Friendly.

I liked the breakfast,a buffet kind.

Wifi is not available in the room. Actually, the only place it is available is the reception where I was staying for work as I needed Internet badly. The personnel didn't care about this service. They are perfectly aware that it isn't available in rooms. The answer was "It is like that. We can do nothing."

Convenient location and free wi-fi

Location is great. Very close to Lille center and in the middle of a shopping street with Printemps Mall and UGC cinemas.

Rooms are small. Toilets are a bit old. Wooden floors make noises when walking.

The location was superb, right in the heart of Lille. The price was great, and it was clean. It was ideal for a solo weekend traveller with a backpack.

It is literally a place to lay your head, shower was very small, room smelt of sewers, no opening windows, TV had no internatonal news in English, I know its France but all other hotels Ihave stayed in have a couple of english channels.

Good location good price when compared to other hotels in central Lille. Easily walkable from both main stations

Extremely central location on one of the main shopping streets, rooms simple & slightly shabby but comfortable nonetheless

Only that it was within walking distance from the train station and also in the shopping area. It seems it's a secure place (street door opening after 10 PM can only be activated through using your room keycard, so there's little chance a thug could get through).

Cleanliness of my room and bathroom was really very poor. There was dust and hair in several spots in the room as well as in the bathroom, several stains on the furniture (including the room telephone) which can be easily removed, and the plastic glass for toothbrushing that was in the bathroom was wrapped in a plastic wrap that clearly had already been used for the same purposes. Also, my bed was poorly done (plus it really was a very narrow bed, even for 1 person; and the bed cover was more of the curtain kind). TV set not working properly (and no instruction sheet to understand how to use it).

mosquitoes!!! everywhere! my girlfriend and I woke up with over 10 bites each both nights. they were buzzing around our heads all night.

cheap and cheap, but flawless location, clean and cheap, granted I got a triple room not a single so I'm perhaps i'm being generous

Very clean and well organized. The room at the back was very quiet.

On-going slight noise carried from within the air conditioning ducts. Presumably my room (345) was near a water tank. I guess the noise came from water going through the system as people flushed the loo or took very later/ or very early showers. Just a slight irritation.

So well located right at the heart of a pedestrian area, very busy Saturdays, breakfast is good and worth the money. Rooms are not big but enough for the traveller 3S (shower, sleep and sh*t)

just the blondie at the front desk, not friendly, I believe she doesn´t like her job.

A well-maintained friendly small hotel.

The layout of the single room was slightly inconvenient in that it necessary to push the bed aside to be able to sit at the desk.

The room space allocation! Toilet almost as big as bedroom for triple room!
