Location near Gare de Lyon and Air France shuttle to CDG. Breakfast good.
Lighting dim in parts of room.
Great location - lovely bakery just next door, chocolate shops and bistros close by; the street is quiet and we felt safe strolling around. Hotel is within short walk from metro and train stations, you can also walk to city center itself. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Hotel is a bit worn, though clean and with some style. Room and bathroom were a bit small. I'd stay there again.
Stuff wery wery friendly.
wi fi not working in the 5th floor.
Loved the location, tbe cleanliness, tbe friendliness of the staff.
No lift Small but comfortable room
staff very friendly , hotel well located , small but cheap and very clean .
information about car park not clear or correct as i thought it was at the hotel not in one street beside but didnt have any problems.
- Friendly staff - good connectivity .. metro is only 3 mins walk - Location.. more option to eat outside.. MacD , subway are nearly by.
- Room is too small, once you open bathroom door its really difficult for fat person to go in. - wooden floor was almost broken .
Naar viaducts of arts and the Bastille Very good breakfast Rooms very clean. Kind staff good service
Somewhere iT needs a few paint.
The personnel was lovely and very helpful. It was in a fairly quiet area and the metro was not far for quick access to the city. Parking was EU10 per day, which is quite good for Paris. There was no air conditioning, but the hotel manager purchased some new fans for the hot nights, which was well received.
We booked this hotel entirely based upon the hotel having a "lift", (we needed to repack all our luggage for the flight back to Australia) and that the "private parking" was quite reasonable. Unfortunately we had a huge shock to find out that the "lift was out of order" and we had to hike all the heavy luggage to 3rd floor! But once we did this, we saw many other positive aspects to this little hotel.
This was a one night stop-over before taking the train from Gare Du Lyon early the next morning. For an inexpensive, no frills bed for the night it was fine. Had what was needed and was clean. Very friendly and helpful.
Location. Gentleman who worked the evening shift was very helpful and pleasant. Did not like anything else.
No elevator and we were on the 5th floor. Heavy going to walk all the stairs with bags. Room was very basic. Water pressure was terrible, difficult to have a shower.
A basic good value hotel with helpful friendly staff who were in midst of elevator repairs and hopefully were to refurbish the hallway and stairs too! luckily we were on 1st floor! But good location and easy to get to Gare de Lyon for early TGV. The room was simple but the shower room was clean and modern.
Service is really good

Was a lovely little hotel on the most gorgeous tree lined street. There is a fabulous bakery just a few doors down and the Metro is also very close. We had a very early check out & unfortunately forgot my sons favourite blanket. When I contacted the hotel the staff were so helpful. They found it and posted it onto us.
Very friendly staff!
I loved the staff, who could not have been more helpful. The location is a ways away from the main site seeing areas but close to a metro stop, which is nice. It's in the 12th arrondissement (area) of Paris, about a 5 min walk and 15 min metro ride from the major sites. The breakfast, which you have to pay separate for, is great. Croissants, chocolate croissants, different breads, Brie cheese, ham, fruit, hard boiled eggs, fresh orange juice and great strong French style coffee. Really the best breakfast we have had in Europe. We'll worth the price.
The elevator was broken and we were on the fourth floor. They said the elevator would be fixed in a couple weeks. I would email to make sure it's fixed and to find out what floor you are on if you have a lot of luggage. The only major issue was that there is a stairwell door and the door to each room, so the only way we could get wifi reception was by standing in the hallway. All in all though! I would still recommend this place.
Staff were very helpful regarding the train strike
Very steep stairs with no lift in operation.
Great location. Close to the metro Reuilly-Diderot. Many restaurants nearby (including a Mac). Pharmacy nearby. Beautiful street lines with trees on both sides. The staff, especially the lady at the reception was very helpful. Our check in was not until 2pm but she offered us some free coffee and stored our luggage inside the hotel while we waited. She also gave us some useful tips on tours etc. The rooms are very clean, although much smaller than I had imagined judging from the pictures. Breakfast was very good.
The free wifi offered was very very very weak inside the room. Ours was on the 3rd floor. Which reminds me, there wasn't a lift when we stayed there so we had to drag our heavy suitcases all the way up to the 3rd floor. But they are currently installing one which is good for future guests but bad for us because of all the construction noises right outside our door
Good location and very nice receptionist.
Terrible wifi. Don't except you would get the signal at all!!!!!!! Facility is quite old. Expensive. （maybe the normal price in Paris. )
I love it. very clean, the staff speak in inglish. Very good localization, near restaurants, pharmacy, subway station, spermarket,Gare de Lyon, .....
I am going to make a complaint about this hotel and would like a refund. The lift was not only out of order but there was a huge exposed hole where the lift should be which had only a piece of wood balanced against it. My son or anybody else could easily have fallen down the lift shaft five stories. The hotel should not be allowed to trade in this state. They should be reported to health and safety ombudsmen as dangerous and irresponsible.
Staffs are very very nice and helpful.
Great access to places
No lift. Poor WiFi
Great location near Gare Lyon and excellent restaurants.
Good location Pleasant staff
WiFi connection is not stable
Dirty room. Dirty hallways. Fire alarm went off at 7am because the breakfast cook was appearantly unable to make a breadroll warm in the oven. Was offered a coffe for the trouble. No thanks. Absolutely not worth its money.
