The size of the apartment, nice furniture, nice layout; Restaurant and hotel staff very friendly and helpful; good hotel to travel with kids; nice swimming pool and playground. Breakfast was very poor and so expensive! The swimming pool is not heated. |

The staff were very hospitable and helpful, everything went smooth. Because it's a resort alike, with golf courses ect...there are too many bugs and insects found on he balcony and sometimes in the rooms |

The rooms were excellent, the room service was very good. Staff very helpful. Yes, a gym was advertised - however there is no gym (disappointing as this was a factor for booking) and the hotel 'seemed' further away from Cannes than advertised. It cost us a fortune in taxis eg: 24-30 euros each way into Cannes, Buses are cheaper if you can find one!!!!!! Car hire is definately a cheaper option. |

The overall hotel setting I find it unacceptable to be in a 4 star hotel where the swimming pool is not heated. I will not come back. |

Les chambres sont calmes, très propres et confortables. Parking facile avec places spéciales grosses voitures, bien. Le cadre avec jardin et lac intérieur est très agréable. Informations fournies par téléphone fausses. Pas de transmission des messages internet transmis en même temps que la réservation par internet..L'espace détente était soit disant ouvert tout le temps,nous pourrions y aller à tout moment pendant notre séjour, sans réservation. En fait, espace fermé à 20 heures le soir et fermé tout le dimanche. Nous arrivions le samedi soir ...Heureusement que le personnel nous a autorisé à en profiter un quart d'heure, l'espace détente était notre motif de choix de cet hotel. No comment. Peut serait il intéressant de de mettre ces infos sur le site internet. |

Localizacao boa, local agradavel, garagem boa, wireless gratis na recepcao Eles tem que melhorar em muito o serivico. Ficamos 2 dias sem que arrumassem o apartamento. Colocavam 1 sabonete pequeno por dia, que nao dava para nada. Nao tinham toalhas para piscina. Demoravam em atender solicitacoes. Enviei uma carta de reclamacao para o gerente do hotel |
