Location was great. Beautiful spot in the heart of Caen. Central to some unique shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful Parking facilities were a little tight. Hit our car on the low, hard to see cement posts that were located a bit of a distance from the curb area. Didn't realize shops in area would be closed so early in the evening. Came back from day trips to the D-Day beaches to find most shops closed. |

Very friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable and spacious bedrooms Difficult to get to as in pedestrian precinct do not rely on sat nav! Get instructions and use hotel car park. Extra bed in triple room rather small for 15 year old. |

The front desk service was excellent! We were very pleased that English was spoken so well because we were aware that many in Caen did not speak much English. They were more than helpful with any question we had! |

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Someone even called us ahead of time to make sure the arrangements they planned were okay. Location was fantastic. On site parking was very difficult to access and very limited. Room was somewhat small. |
