I enjoyed the stay in Caen. I have always found the Caenais Frendly, helpful, aimiable, kind and considerate. This time was no exection.

Great location and very helpful staff

The staff was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. The bed in the room was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. The hotel was within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The parking was difficult to find, but the whole city is tricky to navigate.

The staff were so helpful, and it was central. It was difficult to locate, even with the gps. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were nice. However, we fell free parking should be available, and not charged for. The rooms very nice and clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice,and the location was central, but difficult to locate, even with the GPS. The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. However, we feel the parking should be free, and I really do not know where we would have had to park after there were 8 cars there.

Difficulty of location, and paying for parking.

We could walk to dinner and do some shopping and sightseeing. Very centally located!

Elevator was a bit slow, but there was a great staircase!

The rooms were neat, clean and comfortable. Great location forvthe castle, basin, and restaurants. 4 women were extremely helpful in giving directions and making recommendations for dining. Underground parking was a challenge because of the size of the rental car. Good value for the money.

The Hotel Moderne Caen met my expectations.

The help of the lady at the reception, I arrived around 16.30 on 30-8.

Ellevator, is as slow as molasses, should also have a button to close the door faster, the closes ver very slow, and only 1 (one) with so many floors. Furthermore, the breakfast could be improved, the lady serving was slow with the coffee machine should be ready and does not need to be filled not during the breakfast, this was at 8 o'clock a.m. Noise level was pretty high, i could hear the TV from the other room.

The corner room we were given was very spacious. It was on the fourth floor which meant we had a view over the rooftops.

A little disappointing that the coffee at breakfast was from a machine. Otherwise the breakfast was good.

Friendly, polite staff with excellent English. Excellent location in the heart of the lovely city Caen.

The hotel elevator was very slow to use. We were happier to use the stairs. The hotel garage was very short of space and difficult to drive into and out of.

I like the Hotel staff, they were very helpful and made my stay much more relaxed. It is difficult when you travel to a foreign country. The ladies were extremely nice and answered all of my questions.

It was difficult to find the hotel and I was not sure where to park. I should have called the hotel prior to arrival. The directions on the Internet were wrong. It said hotel would be on the right but the hotel is on the left.

The hotel is very well located for Caen tourist attractions and shopping. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet.

The breakfast is dreadful. The lift is the slowest in Europe.
