No air conditioning in operation at the time of our stay.

Central location in the city of Caen, and yet it turned out to be very quiet (not a lot of traffic was allowed - pedestrial zone)

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff at reception. Overall a good experience.

My only criticism is the difficulty of access by car as the "bus only" road in front of the hotel made access problematic. We eventually found the entrance by parking the car and walking. The helpful staff then explained that we could use the bus lane for limited access parking on the pavement whilst we unloaded our bags.

I felt like we had been completely ripped off - at 220 euros for a room for one night only in this hotel was not value for money and ended our holiday on a bad note. I was expected a really nice room for this amount and a nicer hotel- we paid 100 euros on our way down to our holiday destination in a far nicer room and far nicer hotel.the photos on the website are not true to life.

Unique location in the middle of Caen. Nice room, lovely breakfast and a friendly atmosphere.

Wifi wasn't working and I ended up having to sit behind reception for 40 minutes to deal with some essential e-mails. The excuse I eventually got, after repeated denials from the evening receptionist, was that it was a new ISP. Very disappointing customer service experience and hotel not worth the money they charged.

Staff very helpful. Central location so many restaurants within easy walking distance.

1 high price 160Eu for mediocre room 2 upgrade offered to junior suite for additional 10Eu 3 receptionist claimed to be unaware of the upgrade offer 4 extra 9Eu for car-parking 5 internet connection only worked when standing by the door of the room 6 when reported to reception, fobbed-off with stupid excuse ("a lot of people must be using the facility")

Right in the middle of Caen, just park up and relax. A challenge to find though as the sat nav tried to take us through the pedestrian precinct, tip, you need to follow red sign along the bus lane and park initially on the pavement outside but do stay out of the buses way though. The official parking was good and under the hotel get directions from the desk. easy access with the bags. We had a nice double room with a view from the front into the city, It was just what we wanted for a short break with pleny of brasseries to hand. A nice breakfast was provided on the top floor.

Excellent service and a nice breakfast. Also the location of the breakfast area on the 5th floor gives a nice view over Caen. The bed is very comfortable. Location is excellent...you can walk to all main areas in Caen.

For this price, the room was small. However, room size was clearly posted when ordered. If you stay for multiple days, go for the larger size room. Elevator is indeed very,very slow.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center. The parking of the hotel is not suitable for large cars but there is a large parking just across the road. The hotel is clean, has friendly staff and all te facilities that you may expect for the price.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. It should be a 4 star hotel and it meets all requirements (in my book) needed for that status. The rooms are perfectly clean, the staff is probably one of the nicest I have experienced anywhere in Europe. Breakfast is great and the location is just about perfect. Although the crown of the hotel is the staff. The friendly smiles and the "we are here to help you" attitude made my stay unforgetable. I will return by all means!

das zimmer war sehr klein und sehr schlecht ausgestattet das preis/leistungsverhältnis ist nicht aktzeptabel. garage ist problematisch.

Gostamos muito da localização ,tem quartos pequenos mas aconchegantes .Recepcionista bastante prestativa , tem estacionamento próprio . Café da manhã muito bom . Nota 8
